Video Editor NEEDED for (MLP:FIM Based) Comic Dub/Gaming YouTube Channel

The Brief
I am looking for a video editor for my YouTube Channel "Crystal Skies" which is an MLP:FIM based channel where I upload Comic Dubs and gaming streams, I will also be making gaming videos in the future and would like someone to help with the editing as it is not exactly my strong point.

Who am I looking for?
Someone who has a passion for editing videos and has done so before either for other people or themselves. Please send me an attachment of your past work such as links to videos or a portfolio, even if you have only been editing for a little while as long as the style could possibly suit my content.
If you are not familiar with My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic, this does not necessarily matter, as I am also starting to do other types of content but if you are familiar with the show, this would be great for the Comic Dubs that I do on the channel.
Please send me your Discord username so that I can speak with you there, if you do not have Discord then we can figure something out for that.
I am not entirely stable with income to pay editors right at this moment, but in the future, I will be looking to pay anyone who wishes to edit for me. I understand that you may be looking to be paid for this work but please let me know how you feel about this and I can try to explain a bit more on the matter.
