Vestige: 1925
Project Overview
Vestige is a Roblox game that has Visual Novel-esque elements + a Gameplay similar to ENA'S Dream BBQ,
And inspired from UNDERTALE and Bloxtales!
The vastness of time is but an enigma in the eyes of the common, yet for this adventurer it is nothing but a linear path that extends outwards into a far future. This said person opens the doors within this so-called enigma to unravel its mysteries, solving questions left unanswered. Yet with every pitstop made in each destination, an evil lurks under their nose, seemingly following their path. Wreaking havoc and mischief to those who come near the traveler. The tale follows an immersive thriller set in different eras of time, renaissance, medieval, industrial, you get the gist. Follow along their journey through the unknown, whilst the fonts’ power grows more by each passing decade. Do you wish to be apart of the citizens in which the traveler meets along the way? Or do you wish to tinker behind the scenes and complete the storyline of these unforeseen events?
Prologue:
Ember had a dream, no, premonition... An inherited memory of his relative just from the past, but he didn't know why. Curios, he found the courage to do his research in his basement, surely enough, he discovered that the memories that he had dreamt of was his great grandfather's from 1925, Edmund Frozenhert, being made aware that he was attending a sophisticated event. He found himself, once more, hurrying back to his time machine that he had worked on for YEARS. He turned it on, planning to see or to get a glimpse of the memories, to see what time was trying to tell him. But he did not know that time was against him, and that those memories, were a threat.
Episode 1:
Ember is trapped in the past, he'd never been here before, but he felt a sense of familiarity in his surroundings. He figured that he was transported to a manor, the same manor that his great grandfather attended. He soon realized that he was not only trapped in the past, but was trapped in the body of his great grandfather, Edmund. Soon enough he discovered that the manor was owned by a wealthy family that hosts a masquerade every 3 years for social events. Yet sooner or later he found out that the event was only a cover up to something more sinister.
The Font Family:
The Font Family is one of, if not, the wealthiest family in their city. Though, they were extremely mysterious, to the point that no one knew of their history, but they were extremely powerful in with government relations, politics, and wealth. No one knew of their secret to their wealth, but the family is very gifted, Observed by the gods. The Fonts tend to be so observant with their family, Currently, the fonts is managed by a man named Avenir, the current owner of their wealth and manor. Though the others do fall in line for his orders— There's something sinister behind their pristine reputation.

— Avenir is a narcissist, a well-planned manipulator by all means, Though he's shown to be great at politics. He's feared by the font family, He doesn't tolerate mistakes.
— Avenir is much more cruel than he looks, his rules and standards are extremely unreal. Despite that, He's smart, he always plans through everything. He sees through everything. It's almost impossible to prove him wrong because he's never wrong. He's almost professional yet cocky at the same time, only following one goal disregarding morals

— The Time Traveller from ages in the future. He was accidentally transported into the past and into his grandfather's body, prior to the Core’s infectious intentions. He means to stop it.
— Ember is driven by determination, though he doubts his own skills. He is still haunted by the traumas of his past but he pushes it down, and for a 14 year old, it really isn't healthy. He is Nervous, reckless but observant.
— His voice is light and cheery, soft yet firm, Just at the process of puberty still.

“Tappy” Font: (Main Cast)
— Tappy is Sharp, secretive, and justice-driven; unlike his siblings, Tappy questions everything. He is the youngest of Fonts, He is against Avenir's intentions and plans.
— His facade is mysterious, He is often quiet and observant, until he can no longer stay that way. His mind is sharp, he thinks fast, and makes good use of what he has.
— His voice is a bit smug, but it has a hint of seriousness mixed in with that smug tone. His voice sounds light yet masculine.

Tappy Font is the youngest among the Font Brothers. At a very young age, he has a soft spot for science. He would linger and tinker in laboratories he wasn't supposed to be in. He also was a clever child, quickly solving riddles. When he grew up, He decided to take two jobs at once, being an alchemist and a detective. In result, He has a great background, being an master alchemist and detective. Though he's great at doing his work, he tends to do it alone. He appears to be distant and avoidant from his siblings, he intends to be left alone most of the time.
Despite his name, no one besides his siblings actually knows his real name. He only took the name "Tappy" as a nickname. But why Tappy? That sounds so stupid for a nickname. The case is, he kins himself to the Observer of Happenings, Tap. He thinks both of them are similar, both in personality and nature. Hell, he even thinks he and it are one.
He once told himself that one day, he would flee from the Font Manor and pursue his dreams. Then, it happened. Tappy ran from the isolated manor, and finally witnessed the real world. He then took the opportunity to find ingredients throughout different parts of the world for his alchemy. After a decade, he eventually came back to the manor, only to not be accepted and seen as a traitor to his family. As of now, Tappy is a professor of science in a prestigious school.)

— Charlie disguised himself as a guest named "Kosaki", who attended the masquerade under a new name. He ran away at a young age, leaving to survive on his own. In hopes to escape the Font Family's cruel grip, And on the night of the masquerade, he returns. His reason was to steal some wealth from his older brother, Avenir. But instead, he acquired something that he wasn't supposed to know. And that ultimately, led to his death.
— He is a brave con artist who holds a massive grudge against the Fonts.
— When Kosaki is speaking, it's a bit elegant, Gentle, showcasing his masculinity. he's also sarcastic and cocky. like all fonts are. his voice gets shaky when serious and scared.

— Luci is a kind person at heart, but what stops her from being kind is the pressure of being in line? Serving her family that did no good. She is caught between loyalty and duty.
— She is a world famous actor, though despite being an actor, she could not express her feelings and emotions well. Her pain is hidden beneath a porcelain mask, layered with a graceful smile. She is forced to act as if she were okay, meant to depict the ideal, perfect woman.
— Luci is soft spoken and Nurturing, she has fondness over pure children. She tends to be motherly with them.
— Avenir, fiercely committed to preserving the Font family legacy through a male heir, issued a harsh order. Luci was completely cut off from her infant son, with no chance to see or interact with him. Things blew up at a fancy event when Luci, desperate to be a mother, tried to get her rights back. The situation turned violent. In a fit of rage, Avenir shot and seriously wounded Luci. showing just how messed up and complicated this family's issues are.Examples: Nana Shimura (SUB. MHA) or Laufey

— A mother to four children, She worked as a bartender in the Font Manor during the Masquerade. Though, she has sworn loyalty over to her boss. She is aware of the plans, and plans to make sure that no one interferes. She took care of the Fonts when they were orphaned. she was working as a nanny at that time. This was a way to cope with the loss of her own child.
— Laura is a mysterious woman, her way of speaking seem to connect with the guests regardless of who they are. She is charming, though she keeps it subtle.
— Her voice slightly sounds lazy, though it has a hint of charm in it. At the same time it's light. Motherly even.

For most of my life, I’ve found it easier to stand idly by, than to get in the way of… “violent” folks. Why save someone’s life when your own life is at risk? So, I’ll tell you this only once, digging deeper into the rabbit hole will only lead to your inevitable demise… You’re better off watching everything unfold and waiting for the gates to open, than to personally investigate this entire manor. Trust me… this is not a place for curious cat.
