Project Description:
This project is a short backstory centered around Vanith Jericho, a Black Dragonborn and integral moments in his life in this high fantasy D&D world. This project is split into two parts.
Part 1: A Heist Gone Wrong
Vanith and his three best friends are hired for an important heist, and the pressure is on when their plans fall apart.
Part 2: Solace
An older Vantih that mourns the loss of his friends while venting with some companions, but finds solace in his wife, Iverna.
Deadline:
The deadline is Thursday, Jan 13th, 2024 at 12AM EST! Final results will be announced near the end of January! If chosen, you will be emailed with updates on the next steps!
Audition Guidelines:
It is important that you try and stick to the script as much as possible. There are also different grunts and noises made from people being hit in these scripts.

Norven’s voice can become too squeaky at times. He’s very sarcastic and witty-sounding. Extremely intelligent for his age, but he doesn’t let this go to his head.

Vanith is a Dragonborn and is absolutely loyal to his friends and is open to any plan. He’s sneaky and resourceful, not one to back down from a fight. He’s very protective of his friends and only speaks up when necessary. Out of the four main characters, he is the most impressionable.

Xaldin is a cheeky and sassy lad. He’s loud and boisterous, excellent at distractions and will be the first to throw down (no questions asked). Overall, he’s silly and crazy, the comic relief. Please note that Xaldin curses often in this script.

The Leader of the Bandits is tough and ready to rumble at any moment. He’s loud, violent and is nothing but business. He also doesn’t like dealing with silliness or nonsense.

Galandro is the leader of the group. He’s extremely strategy-oriented, reading situations and deducing plans rather quickly. While stoic in nature, he’s very protective of those closest to him.

Iverna is a strong-willed tiefling and the wife of Vanith. She is always willing to speak her mind, but she doesn’t do it in a negative way. She is soft, loving and caring to her husband and the world around her. She’s also very sick, but she does her best to not show it. And she does a good job of it too.

Dulli is a sympathetic, but wise addition to the group. They show support to others through sharing their own nuggets of wisdom when the situation is appropriate. They are also a barbarian who uses their muscles to do the talking.

Howard is the overprotective father figure of the group, always looking out for the others in times of great peril.
