Urgent Sonic/Nightmare Before Christmas Musical Casting
Project Overview
This is an urgent casting for my upcoming Sonic and Nightmare Before Christmas album, which will be released sometime this December. This project will feature the Sonic the Hedgehog cast portraying different characters from the holiday classic, The Nightmare Before Christmas. One of the main characters portrayed is Sally Acorn, and I'm sure you can guess which character she's playing. When I tried completing this project last year, I already had a Sally VA set up but had to push it back to this year. As production has picked back up, a fellow cast member brought to my attention that my Sally VA has been MIA on all their social media accounts for months. In the event that they're unable to perform, I have created this CCC listing to find an understudy for the character, if we cannot get ahold of our current VA.
This is a musical project, so all of it will be sung, including all of Sally's appearances. She has a major song and two minor roles in two other songs on the album. I am not looking for a Sally speaking voice, but a singing voice. My only requirements for auditioning are the following:
-A decent microphone, nothing below USB mics.
-Little to no background noise in your recording, so no echo or mic peaks.
-Some singing experience, be it high school chorus, professional, or self-taught.
-Have a Discord, I have a server set up for many of my projects.
-Be open to vocal direction if needed.

Sally Acorn plays...who else, Sally the Ragdoll in this Sonic and Nightmare Before Christmas mash-up. Despite being a major player in the movie, for the album, Sally mainly stays in the background. She does have her own song number, in the form of Sally's Song. Other than this main song, she has one line in This Is Halloween and the final verse along with Sonic for the Finale/Reprise.
Her vocal range will depend on the voice you give her. You can go for a take that's similar to Kath Soucie from SatAM, or give her your own original take. I am mostly looking for her singing voice. Soprano and Alto ranges are welcome, but no lower than an Alto.
(This Is Halloween) "In this town, we call home. Everyone hail to the pumpkin song."
(Sally's Song) "I sense there's something in the wind... That feels like tragedy's at hand… And though I'd like to stand by him... Can't shake this feeling that I have…"
(Finale/Reprise) "And sit together, now and forever. For it is plain as anyone can see. We're simply meant to be."
