Rein is a level-headed woman who typically keeps her cool. She shows some analytical skills unlike the Jack and plans out her moves accordingly. She's not known to shy away from trash-talking her inferiors either.
Rein may be confident in her abilities, but gets noticeably exasperated when she realizes she's out of her depth. She began to fret when she realized that Arlp could afford to toy with her despite her own strength and skill.
She is also horrified after being brainwashed into killing a man.
She was angry and vengeful at the sight of Arlo when the two met in the Spectre facility he and Kassandra snuck into, later attempting to give him a taste of his own medicine. She was then stopped by Kassandra and convinced to turn on Spectre, helping Arlo and Kassandra try to escape. She also feels like the latter betrayed her after promising to help her but later getting arrested.

Broven is presumably not a patient person as the first thing he did when Arlo arrived was complain about his late arrival. He also is shown to care for his teammates and was seen holding and shouting for Rein.

Claire is a courageous and hopeful individual with good morals, and she often interacts with others with a cheerful smile on her face. Despite facing mid-tier bullies on a daily basis, Claire did not let the grim reality of her situation get the best of her; she seemed satisfied with her life as long she had her friends John and Adrion. She places great value on her friends above all else and is willing to do whatever it takes to help them, such as when she aided John mastering Aura Manipulation. While loyal to her friends, Claire also knows when to draw the line and take responsibility for her actions; she felt that John's rise to power was her fault, and it was her responsibility to stop him. Currently, Claire became more outgoing in the way she speaks. She often uses informal speech even with people she just spoke to. Seraphina describes her as “very blunt”, she also has a habit of cursing, similar to John.
