Fallout: New Orleans

Fallout: New Orleans

Project Overview

Fallout: New Orleans

Fallout: New Orleans is a fan-made expansion set in the ruins of post-war Louisiana, exploring a fractured world of forgotten traditions, rising powers, and the enduring spirit of a people who refuse to disappear.

Two centuries after the Great War, New Orleans has become a city of contradictions: a place where jazz once flooded streets, one where ancient faiths endure beside strange new beliefs, and rival factions fight over what remains of the Paris Of The South

The old world is gone.

But Louisiana is still here.

Descendants of the old French military traditions that once protected kings and nobles, these soldiers carry the customs, discipline, and pride of a forgotten age. Wearing faded blue coats, gold trim, and refurbished pieces of pre-war ceremonial armor, they patrol the streets of the Vieux Carré as living symbols of its history.

They are trained in old battlefield tactics, favoring discipline, formation fighting, and strict codes of honor over the chaotic warfare of the wasteland. To them, the Quarter is not just a settlement, it is the last surviving piece of French Louisiana, a place worth defending at any cost.

Many are born into the tradition, inheriting the uniforms and titles of those who served before them. Some view themselves as noble protectors of the people, while others see ordinary citizens as beneath their authority. Regardless of their beliefs, every member swears loyalty to the Kingdom and its survival.
