Tyrant, Betrayer
Project Overview
Tyrant, Betrayer is a soon to be completed animatic that will be posted up on YouTube. The story sets the stage of four kingdoms falling to ruin beneath the fist of the Mad King himself, Tyragon. The beastly king has slaughtered many and destroyed kingdoms beyond the four that still remain. A rag tag group of creatures are all that there is to warn the king and queens of the Mad King's approach. This animatic solely focuses on the path that lead the Mad King to his terror reign, what influenced him and what cruel things he has done to those who have opposed him.

Hello to all following this project! I would like to thank you all very much for the amazing response to my project. I will begin to sort through all auditions this week and select the ones meant for the role by week's end. Meanwhile, my characters are going through design updates and should be finished and posted this week. I thank you for your patience as I am still in high school, my last class before graduation. I'm moving to new computers here soon and things will being production here very soon. There will be budget adjustments coming as well with the switching of new jobs. Thank you all!
Tyragon is a king, a beast like being cursed with the gift of never feeling any pain. He has a very deep and intimidating voice, one that drops into that of an eerily calm tone and switches to an enraged shouting. He is very sadistic, cruel, and merciless, thriving on the pain of others and consuming their organs and flesh to heal himself. He has truly fallen into madness

"There is a cycle within life. You are conceived. You tread along your predestined path until Lord Fate himself consumes your pathetic soul. That to me is just beautiful." ((Eerily calm and gentle))
"You call this madness, yes. But I call realization. Purification." ((Dark toned and deep))
"What you call mercy, is what I refer to as sparing your life. And to me, I don't need anymore insects crawling at my feet." ((With a bit of an aggressive snarl tone of voice)
"You! It was all you! Brother, you did this to me! You, you, you! You cursed me!" ((Shouting, enraged))
"Look at that soft flesh. That quivering spine. That beating heart. Yes. You'll do just fine to heal me." ((Soft, deranged sounding))
"Your arrows are nothing but small needles!" ((Shouting with laughter inbetween))
Elarin is the eldest of the siblings conceived. He is the first to meet his tragic fate, but not before bestowing what he thought was a gift to his younger brother, the curse of never feeling any pain. He has a deep and calming voice that projects easily through any space. He is a kind bold soul
Say something you think would fit
"Fear not, little brother. It's just some wolves. Nothing to be scared of. " (Gentle, soft.)
"Tyragon! (Let out a very frustrated snarl here) Get back here! You're going to get us killed! " (Frustrated and whisper shouting.)
"What? Oh come on you guys! I've told you that story so many times!" (Joyful, laughing)
"Yeah.... That's going to leave a mark. " (Strained and in pain)
"Tyr listen to me. Just listen. I never want you to feel the pain that I endured here ever. Please. I want you to never suffer at the hands of Lady Agony. Even the Lord of Fate will leave you be." (Soft, weak, strained. On the verge of death)
Hehphas is the first wife of Tyragon, a woman he truly didn't fall in love with but spent most of his time with. He believed her witchcraft would free him of his curse and his madness. She is a gentle and willful spirit but just as stubborn as her husband.

"Hush, Tyr. You'll wake the soldiers. You can't be here. " (Urgent, whispering.)
"It's so... Unlike you to ask this of me. What makes you think I can do anything about this... Curse? " (Soft and concerned.)
"My mother did not teach me to be soft! She taught me to love all life. Even a monster like you! " (Angry, miserable, shouting)
"Do it then. Just do it. You kill me, and you never find peace. Or the answer to your cure. " (Stained, soft, angrily whispering.)
Norreraig is a story teller, endless through time. They have no assigned gender, so either male or female can fill this roll. Norreraig knows all, they keep secrets and tell stories to those that come to them with proper offerings. They are recounting the tale and telling Tyragon's story as if it had already happened.

"Hm? Who's there? Oh. My child, forgive me. You gave me quite the start!" ((Sharp at first, but eases into a more soft amused tone))
"An offering of sage, and what's this?" (Slight pause) "Wolf's blood? I take it this is a dark story you wish to hear." ((Calm and gentle, ease into a more worried and low tone))
"Tyragon you say? I haven't hear that tyrant's name in a long while." ((Pause. Continue in a soft dark tone)) "But since this blood is of the Jagged Wolf, I suppose I will entertain your request."
((Begin in a deep dark tone)) "What causes one to fall into madness? Greed? Hatred? Agony? I would say yes to all of those. But there is an underlying cause to a sudden mental snap. Let me take you back to a time of smoke and embers."
"The MInor ages were that of smoke and embers. Vampent Kingdoms ran amuck. Kings holding gold tipped swords at the crook of each other's neck, waiting for one slip up to end another's life. Villages put down to nothing but smolders and bones, laced with the lingering shrieks of souls never to leave their deathbeds."
((Softly and intensely)) "Such village was that holding a little troublemaker and his two brothers and four sisters."
