UNPAID PROJECT

  • I would love to pay cast and crew when we eventually have stable funds, but as of right now this project is a passion project that is unpaid and voluntary.

  • It will be animated using Live2D and traditional hand drawn art.

  • This project will be directed from discord. You MUST be 13+.

    Treacherous is a story-driven project set in a world of the golden pirate era. It follows a group of daring pirates navigating treacherous waters, rival crews, and their own complicated relationships. The world is steeped in supernatural mysteries—ancient powers, strange creatures, and unexplained phenomena that challenge the characters at every turn.

    The project blends thrilling adventure, rich characters, and immersive storytelling, inviting artists and creators to bring this mysterious world to life.

She is an outlaw who is involved in heists. She plans the routes, sets the timing, studies the patterns, and keeps Marco (her partner) from exploding prematurely (most of the time). She loves him, but she also treats him like a barely-contained grenade she has chosen to carry around.

While Marco thrives on adrenaline, she thrives on control. Where he’s loud, she’s precise.

She likes danger but prefers it to be organized.

Warm, witty, and deeply compassionate. Penelope carries the quiet strength of someone who’s seen cruelty firsthand but refuses to pass it on. Her kindness is sharp-edged: she’s gentle, but not naive. She often speaks in riddles or bets, using little games (like her famous coin trick) to teach lessons about hope and fate.

Thoughtful and patient. While he has Penelope’s kindness, he also harbors the scars physical and emotional from his time as a test subject. He’s protective and cautious, often trying to mediate between people like Alice and Sverne. His humor is subtle and warm.

Rauger is the “muscle” of the spy duo. He’s sarcastic, snappy, and often the one slapping sense into Rodger when things go sideways. Though he acts gruff, he secretly watches out for others (especially Rodger) and isn’t as cruel as he pretends to be. He’s confident in battle but easily frustrated, especially by incompetence or chaos. 

  • Frustrated and confused “We didn’t set your house on fire!”

  • Annoyed “What?- over over- nobody says over over! Just say “over”. Over.”
