Tokyo Ghoul Kurogane Continuity Introduction/Pilot Arc/Episode (TG Kurogane Continuity PILOT)

Tokyo Ghoul Kurogane Continuity Introduction/Pilot Arc/Episode (TG Kurogane Continuity PILOT)

Project Overview

Tokyo Ghoul: Kurogane Continuity is a non-profit fan project and animatic series inspired by Tokyo Ghoul. This casting call is for the Pilot Episode, which adapts the Introduction Arc and serves as a proof of concept for the series.

TG:KC is a reimagining of Tokyo Ghoul that asks the question: "What if Tokyo Ghoul were made today?" While it follows many of the original story's core ideas, it introduces a new non-binary/X-gender protagonist named Akito Kurogane, alongside Ken Kaneki as a secondary protagonist. The project also features original characters, redesigned and new locations, expanded story arcs, and new interpretations of familiar events.

The long-term plan is for four seasons, adapting the major story arcs of Tokyo Ghoul while introducing original arcs and expanding the world. However, this Pilot is simply a proof of concept to showcase the project's vision. Future production will depend on the project's development and community interest.

Some character images shown in this casting call are Placeholder images (I took them from media). Final character designs are still in development and will be replaced as they are completed.

The presentation style takes inspiration from successful indie animated productions such as Murder Drones and The Amazing Digital Circus, using an animatic format that emphasizes storytelling, cinematography, voice acting, and atmosphere rather than full animation.

Disclaimer:
