We specialize in manipulating the memories of our patients enabling us to fulfill their last wish. Sigmund’s main function is to grant our patients a final satisfaction before passing on.
That's because in the real world, ambitions fluctuate...and fade. People start things with a passion, but eventually they lose that initial drive and slow down. (beat) But imagine if you locked onto that initial push through your entire life, never wavering. (beat) Trust us, it’s more powerful than it seems.

He is humorous and somewhat cynical, in contrast to Dr. Rosalene's character, and often makes jokes and various pop-culture references throughout the course of the game to lighten the mood. Although often perceived as silly and childish, Neil can be serious when situations call for it. While not as perceptive of detail as Eva, he is still considerably intelligent and possesses enough problem-solving skills to usually help out whenever they have trouble advancing through memories. Neil appears to be a decent programmer as well. He is energetic and a prankster

Well, excuse me for heroically avoiding the squirrel in the middle of the road!
That’s quite alright. I’m pretty bad at predicting deaths as well.

(laughs) Kidding, kidding. Standard procedure. Just keepin’ ya on your toes!
Glad you could make it. Hi, I’m Doctor Lim.

Every moment is an effort to be what society calls normal. I’ve done it all my life, but River….She never did that. She’s remained an outcast and refused to learn to step against it. I don't know it was by choice, by bravery or cowardice, but, there are some days I get tired of the act. But I’ve realized it’s too late. Everyone knows me...the act I put on. I’ve abandoned the real Isabelle long ago. In the end, I suppose I just envy her.
Voice Type: Low Tone
