No one has been auditioning for the young Turtles, and if they are not filled soon, I may just give the Narrator their lines. Please, try auditioning for them too, even though they are young.
TMNT Fanfiction audiobook - There Are No Accidents (Chapter 1 to 10)
Project Overview
This is something I wanted to make about the fanfic I made. The book is still in progress, but the first 22 chapters are finished. Here's the summary:
The Shredder found out about Hamato Yoshi's residence in New York only shortly after his mutation. Too unused to his new form, Yoshi and his sons are captured and taken to Shredder's lair. Yoshi is killed, but the turtles are spared. Raised by Shredder, how will our shellshocked heroes change? (Tags: Oroku Raphael, Oroku Leonardo, Oroku Michelangelo, Oroku Donatello, au,)

So, basically it's an au fanfic where the turtles were raised by Shredder, but they aren't full on evil.
This will require
1. A good mic
2. The ability to pronounce basic Japanese words
3. The ability to get your lines in IMMEDIATELY AFTER YOU ARE CAST. Seriously, that's what's been keeping so many of my fics back. Seriously.
4. Note that there may be at least one torture scene in this. There will be no screaming, but some pleading, and that's about it.
5. If you're the narrator, keep a calm voice, but add some emotion too so it's not like a robot's voice,
6. Not trying to be rude, but if your mic has white noise and makes you sound like a toaster, just don't audition. Seriously.
7. Have fun. And don't diss my story.
This is for chapters 1-10. As new characters are introduced, more casting calls will be put out.

Ceratain roles needed immediately
I'd like everyone following this project to know that the chapter one roles are the most needed. I very much am in need of the young Turtles and Karai, as well as Splinter. I think I've already found a role for Narrator and Shredder, so I'll cast those people, but I don't want those people to have to be waiting forever to start work, so I need the young roles very soon, thank you.

Whatever voice fits, but make sure it's something people can listen to for ten minutes straight and not go crazy. The narrator has the most lines, so you MUST have a good quality mic and a lot of stamina.
There are no accidents. Only some purpose we haven't yet understood. That was what Hamato Yoshi always told his sons, even if it had only been a week or so since their mutation.
(This should have more emotion in it) Yoshi could hear a growl of anger and readied himself for his enemy's next move, but on his attempt to dodge, Splinter's new mutation's clumsiness kicked in, causing him to trip over his own feet.
With one hand, he motioned towards the right side of his face. Even beneath the mask, Splinter could see the bloodshot eye, the shining red burn marks marring half of his visage.

//Spoiler alert// Splinter dies in the first chapter, and I haven't decided whether he comes back as a ghost, but don't count on it. He must sound fatherly and calm, but he will also have lines where he is speaking during combat and that must sound pretty intense.
(Angry, defensive, backed into a corner, knowing he has no chance of winning but is willing to die protecting his sons.) You are the pathetic one, Saki. You hold onto your hatred all these years. You think it gives you strength, but it will only destroy you.
(This is a referenced line from the 2k3 series. He literally just got hit with electricity and is recuperating, but is also being very determined not to show weakness.) He who lives without honor will die without honor.
(More desperate) They have nothing to do with this. I am the one you want. (Quiet and calm, almost weak) Do not harm my sons.

I actually have no clue what accent Shredder has. He has a deep voice with what seems to be a North American accent. His voice strikes fear into the hearts of enemies and allies alike. He is portrayed as a strict father and an unyielding Sensei. He uses Japanese words, so be ready to look up some pronounciation on google translate
(Scornful) Hamato Yoshi. Once a noble warrior, now a pitiful sewer rat. Pathetic.
(Passionately angry) You took Tang Shen from me. Your father disgraced my clan and lied to me. You scarred me in battle and let Tang Shen die. You have taken so much from me. This will be only one more thing I take in vengeance. The Hamato bloodline ends here.
(Surprised) Karai, (Gently stern) I told you to stay in your room, musume.

(Angry to cover up how scared he is) What makes you think I'll talk to a bunch of ugly freaks like you?
I'm only working with them, just to make some cash, you know... (blurts out) But I know where their base is!
