TITANS---Jericho, Tula, and Others!

TITANS---Jericho, Tula, and Others!

Project Overview

Hello, everyone!

Continuing with the series of TITANS, we're in need for two key roles for our series to progress: Tula (also known as Aquagirl) and leader of Team 1, Jericho!

But Tyger, you may ask, isn't Tula dead and Jericho mute? How on Earth-3 (see what I did there? DC Multiverse...okay, never mind) are these two going to have voices? Well, brave and valiant voice actor, that will all be explained in time.

There are also other roles available, like Poison Ivy and Catwoman, two of the Gotham Sirens now reformed...but not exactly cookie-cutter good.

Right now, I want you guys to have fun and audition to the best of your ability.

The key rules for these auditions are:

-Have a clear sounding microphone

-Be prepared to sing while being a part of TITANS

-Remember to enunciate!

-Do your best!

Role assigned to: graysongirl123

Having been revived from death due to unknown means, the young woman formerly known as "Aquagirl" has decided that vengeance is her kind of burden. Seeing Tempest, a man she once loved, and the people that she once called friends now as her enemy, this hydrokinetic knows that a target is painted on her back...and walks proudly in the spotlight.

(Tula is a woman who has died due to trusting those who she considered close allies, and I want your voice to reflect that. She's been betrayed, she's been turned away, and she's been forgotten. I want you to make me feel like you're saying "No more.")

  • (Jokingly, but flippant) You know, I think I have anger issues.

  • You know, if you wanna catch a lady, you should invite her to the little club meetings.

  • You wanted me to reflect and grow? Your buddy Aquaman gutted me, Babs. No reflection or growth in that. Only darkness.

Reformed and a proprietor of the Baudelaire flower shop in Gotham City, Pamela Isley uses both her chlorokinetic abilities and her natural charm to go through life with an easy income. Knowing that one of her best friends is now in jail, she decides to make a quick visit.

(Seductive, but no longer a bad girl, Pamela is a confident and strong woman who has gotten back to her roots before the villainy. I want that to show in your voice. Happy auditioning!)

  • Please, call me Pamela. You know I've left the super-villain life. So has Selina.

  • (Reflective) I miss being able to do whatever I want, whenever I want...but one day, I realized that when you've done everything that you wanted to do, there's nothing left but the things you think you've left behind.

  • Looks like you've stepped in it this time. Orange was never your color, darling.

Selina Kyle

Like Pamela Isley, Selina Kyle has reformed her ways, more-so due to the disappearance of Batman. Finding nothing in her life that entertained her like Bruce did, she decided to live on her wealth, and go back to being one of Gotham's favorite socialites. Keeping in contact with Barbara Gordon, she finds herself a target...but this kitty won't be caged.

(Sparing the random purring and cat puns, Selina is passionate, seductive, and oh-so-alluring. Quick witted and never caught off guard, I want to hear confidence in your portrayal of this famous feline.)

  • (Jokingly) A lost little bat? Well, you'll find no solace here.

  • It's funny. I thought he'd swoop in and stop me from stealing that painting hanging up behind you. But he didn't.

  • I get it. You went steady with a guy for a while, and things didn't work out. Doesn't mean that you should go into some random girl's apartment and wreck her stuff.

Wonder Woman/Diana of Themyscira

Born of Hippolyta, leader of the all-female Amazon nation, and the Greek god Zeus, the warrior Diana is more commonly known as Wonder Woman, champion of peace. Part of the Triumvirate that started the Justice League, Diana is now off-world, semi-permanently confined to the League's Watchtower. However, when odd things appear that are linked to the missing Batman, she is the first to inform a certain information broker in TITANS.

(Valiant yet gentle, Diana is a symbol for women everywhere. Though she has a few lines here and there, I want you to portray this wonderful lady and really show me what the name "Wonder Woman" means to you.)

  • The League has reason to suspect that messages have been sent out from one of Batman's old communication channels, one that he once used to contact Superman and I on the Watchtower during a crisis on Earth.

  • I had The Question track the messages down. They've been going to the League of Assassins.

  • Maybe it was just a fluke, but I don't believe in coincidence. Please, look into it. It may be key to finding our friend.

Starting the series at age 20, Jericho has seen a lot since his last adventure with the Teen Titans. Having decided to spend the five-year gap in Paris studying art and music, he has reluctantly decided to rejoin his old friends and lead a team of four in TITANS. Don't let the green eyes fool you; Jericho may be a pacifist at heart, but he can make you fear the quiet ones.

(Jericho's voice is gentle, but still sure of himself. Years of having a voice confined only in his thoughts and then having it released is still strange, but he is not afraid to use it.)

  • It's very strange, being able to actually communicate with someone without having to use sign language.

  • You have no idea how hard it is to convey the complex emotions in a piece by Beethoven in only 150 characters.

  • Only you can hear me...for now, at least.
