Project Overview

Bring "The War on Silverblood" to life by aiding me with my audiobook adventure!

Hi! My name is Pink! I'm a fantasy writer with a passion for theater, audio engineering, and TTRPGs (tabletop roleplaying games). Recently, I've been working on a D&D-inspired fantasy series, called "The Silverblood Saga", which centers around a bearfolk-goliath druid on his ambitious quest to unite his people and survive the wrath of a mysterious devil with motivations far beyond a child's comprehension.


The project will focus on bringing this story to life in audio form and, to do so, I will need lots and lots of voice actors willing to voice a wide range of characters! This job will be a paid position AND, if you are a book fanatic, you may receive a free copy of the book + completed audio file after everything is put together!

  • Book 2 Announcement and Fun Side Projects(?)

    As we are approaching the middle of audition-time, let me just give another big thank you to all that have auditioned! Although a few VAs have been assigned roles, FEAR NOT. There will be more opportunities coming your way with BOOK 2 audiobook auditions coming up following this one!

    For Book 2 of the Silverblood Saga, there are going to be 5 NEW CHARACTERS entering the narrative. Each of which will be featured in Book 3 and beyond and, looking at the current line-up, I think a few of you would be perfect for the characters in that story, so keep an eye on your DMs for a potential request for a re-audition for that.

    Outside of the audiobook, there are a few side-project ideas I have floating around, including - but not limited to - COMICS, ANIMATICS, AUDIO SHORTS, and a CHARACTER VOICE ANNOUNCEMENT VIDEO as a means to really show off the talent and work going into the project, so for those who like to put things on your resume, I'm hoping to have some extra content for you there.
    In starting up these side-projects, digital artists, music composers, and audio engineers may become a position available for hiring! Depending on how far I get into planning within the month, more updates may be posted about that!

  • A Huge "Thank You" and some Updates!

    Wow! Can I just say, as a newer individual on CCC: thank you all so much for your submissions thus far! You guys make my day! I love waking up every morning to see and hear the new and amazing submissions you all are sending in! You're all so talented and, even though we are FAR from the deadline, I'm definitely keeping some of you on my roster for potential candidates once the event closes!

    Now, onto the first update I wanted to mention: character lines! Since it has been brought to my attention that a rough estimate of character lines would be incredibly helpful (which, in hindsight, I agree), I have started separating each bit of dialogue onto a document where I will be counting them out so - on the character's audition page AND in updates - you can see the EXACT number of lines you'll be reading!
    I've gotten through teen Oomphga's already, which, was obviously the toughest of the bunch, but I managed to do his lines (throughout 31 chapters) in one day, so hopefully I'll be able to get the rest done soon so that can be posted.

    Second update: NEW CHARACTERS WILL BE ADDED! With so many people auditioning, I'd like to provide a wide range of opportunities for everyone involved! From what I can hear, some of you have done voices that would be PERFECT for other characters in the book! (The roster was, apparently, a lot bigger than I initially realized). So, those characters will be added - hopefully - before the end of the day and will be posted and visible before October 28th, 12:00AM EST.
