The Walking Dead: Comic Dub Series | Comics 7-12 + Special Episode
Project Overview
Hello! We previously posted a casting call for season one of our TWD comic dub series, but now we’re casting for season two + the special episode we'll be uploading.
1: Must be 16 years old or older. I thought 18+ was a bit much but anything under 16 feels wrong, so for anyone auditioning, please be 16+
2: If you’re auditioning, please be okay with any mature themes. That includes swearing and anything violent.
3: Please have discord so we can contact you. We all communicate through a server and even though the voice acting is done alone, deadlines, scripts, and other things are posted in that server.
4: If you get a smaller role now and want a bigger role in the future, you’ll always be able to re-audition for other characters once the season ends.
5: If you end up auditioning for Claudia, be aware that the first three lines she speaks are in Catalan. She speaks English the rest of the time and throws a few Spanish words in her sentences.
6: If you're cast as Michonne or The Governor, you'll appear in the special episode but won't appear again until seasons four and five when they actually fully show up. They're big roles, but just be aware that you'll be waiting a bit.
7: Please have decent mic quality. It doesn't have to be the greatest, but just good enough so that there's minimal/no background noise.

Tyreese is a main character introduced in issue 7 of The Walking Dead. He’s a brave, kind, strong man who cares about his family and the safety of his group.

Hershel is an older family man who tries to protect, help and defend who he can, even if that sometimes puts other people in danger. He’s quite kind but naïve at the same time.

Maggie’s a nineteen year old girl who grows quite lonely in the apocalypse, eventually leading her to hookup with a kinder man named Glenn. Maggie’s protective, quiet, and is pretty brave.

“I’ve never slept alone in this room before! I couldn’t… Not with Lacey gone. I needed somebody to be here.”
Otis might not be the brightest of the bunch, but he’s usually good natured and means well. He’s kind, a bit goofy, and he slips up a lot, but he’s a good man.

Julie’s the teenage daughter of Tyreese. She’s quiet and kind, but she’s also immature and is in love with her boyfriend, Chris.

Chris is a teenage boy who happens to be Julie’s boyfriend. He’s quiet, stubborn, and somewhat brave.

Lacey’s Hershel’s oldest daughter. She’s often uninterested and seems pretty confused most of the time.

The Governor (Brian Blake) is a strict, cruel, selfish man. He doesn’t care about anything but himself and his community, needing to hold himself in a leadership position.

Jeff is the younger brother of Rick Grimes. He’s smart, kind, shy, and helpful. When he has the chance to help someone, he jumps right in and does it.

Claudia is an independent woman who likes to get what she wants. She’s trying to help her people by finding a cure. She’s brave, funny, smart, and carries herself with confidence.

Since this will be season two, I’m looking to upgrade the production a bit. I need background music for action scenes, dramatic scenes, and tense scenes. Maybe a credit song as well.
