Another Chance [A Minecraft Bedrock Roleplay]

Ricky is just your average teenager, for the most part. He lives with his mother, father and younger brother. Ricky has been crushing on a girl in his class since the fifth grade, although he’s too afraid to actually say something. He just can't get her out of his  mind. Sometimes after school he goes to his dad's shop to help out a little, since things can get a little busy in the afternoon. Ricky doesn’t hate a lot of people, but if you’re on his ‘hate list’ it’s not a good thing. For example, In the fourth grade Ricky said something about some kids' mom and got punched in the face for it. That kid was Leo Smith. Ricky has always hated Leo but as his father says, “Hate leads to nothing but violence”. Can Ricky stick to that motto or will he screw it up?

Romeo is the best friend everyone wants and everyone needs. He’s always there to listen to people's problems, even though he can never get his own out. Romeo can get a bit bitchy at times, but it’s for good reasons. His home life isn’t that great but most people don’t notice or care. His mother left him and his little sister at the age of eleven. Romeo continued to take care of himself and his little sister, Rosie. For the past few years he struggled with his sexuality. He doesn’t know if he’s gay, bisexual or just confused. He doesn't talk to anyone about it, besides his diary or Rosie. Will he tell someone what’s going on or will someone find out soon and expose his secret?

Jessica was born and raised in Oasis. She knows all the hookup spots and dealers. When she was younger, her father would come in and out the house with bags and one day she decided to open one. What she found changed her life forever. Pills. She didn’t know what they were or what they did. Honestly she couldn’t care less, she took them up to her room and tried them. She had found the feeling she was looking for her entire life. From that day on she continued to take drugs.  Her family still doesn’t know about it to this day. Will she be able to get help or will she soon die because of it?

Cassie is the girl everyone wants but not for the right reasons. When she turned 6 her father left Cassie, her older sister and mother in the dust. As she got older, she started dating older boys due to her father leaving her at such a young age. Cassie is very vulnerable and people take advantage of her with any chance they get. She never had that father figure to look up to in life and when she did, things would never go well. Now that she’s a junior, will she make it out of without another heartbreak or will her world crumble into pieces with just one tiny mistake?

Leo is your cliche jerk popular guy. He lives with his father, two step-brothers and his step-mother (who he hates with a passion). Leo always gets his way, with or without force. He took many boxing classes when he was younger, he was so good at it that he broke a kid's nose in fourth grade for saying something about his mother (the real one).  Growing up with a lot of money and never having to worry about anything. He’s had a pretty good life up until his eighth birthday. His mother passed away in a house fire when he was on his way back from his party, which traumatized him. He still blames himself for his mother's death to this day. After that his family moved to Oasis, where everything changed and is continuing to change.

Carlos is that one kid everyone thinks is an alien. People only really talk to him when they need their homework done and that’s about it. He was taken from his parents about two years ago, he doesn’t like talking about it. Carlos doesn’t have a stable friend group. He is either just there for company or a bullying target. He is very fragile, he gets pushed around a lot and most people think he won’t fight back. When he does, it gets bad pretty fast. Carlos has been going running from home to home ever since he was taken away, he can be very difficult at times. Will he stay around this time or will he run as always?

He’s obviously the favorite child since he is the youngest. He attends Oasis’ Middle School where people only know him for being Ricky’s younger brother. Genaro is definitely the trouble maker out of the two boys. Most days after school he goes to his dad’s shop just to help out or mess around. 

Maria is that one girl who knows everything about everybody. She grew up the youngest out of five siblings so that may be why she talks so much. She doesn’t get much attention at home. Maria spreads rumors about everybody. Even if you don’t know her, she’ll find something about you and tell everyone she knows. Maria is Leo’s current girlfriend aka hookup of the month.

Ethan is Leo’s “bestfriend”. When he was younger he was bullied and now that he’s older he bullies people. He doesn’t really care about people's feelings or how people feel towards him. At the end of the day, if there’s no way you can help him get more popular. He could care less if anything happened to you. If anything, he only cares about one person out of everyone else.

Ricky and Genaro’s loving and caring mother.  Bryanna wants to have her kids live the best life because hers wasn’t that great. Her favorite child is Genaro (for many reasons). Bryanna had Ricky at the age of 18, his father was some random 23 year old college kid. She doesn’t plan on telling Ricky that any time soon. 

Ed is the guy everyone in the neighborhood loves. He is a funny guy, knows the best jokes and gives great advice. Ed likes to know that he helped someone out, no matter what day or time it is. He owns an auto shop on the other side of town.  He’s nice, maybe a bit too nice. Some people take that as an advantage.  That’s what everyone loves about him.

Jason is the father of Leo. He owns one of the biggest companies in Oasis, which has a lot of controversies surrounding it. Jason has never been the same ever since his wife’s death. When his son gets mad, he tends to blame Jason. Sometimes he wants to tell his son what really happened, but can never bring himself to do it.

Rosie is a very shy and quiet girl. She only talks when she’s asked a question or when she’s told to do something. She looks up to Romeo as a superhero from the many times he’s protected her.     She thinks she can protect him too and one day she takes that a little bit too far.
