Project Overview
The Twice-Born Sun (working title) is a story-driven adult visual novel set in an original mythological world — a lost civilization in its final age, a prophecy, and a mystery that unfolds across releases. Female protagonist, cinematic presentation, narrative-first design inspired by titles like Eternum and Summer's Gone.
This casting is for a single voiced role in the opening cinematic of the first public release: a short, contained, paid session (5 lines of prophecy verse, 3 emotional takes). No explicit content in this role — see the role description for full content disclosure and usage terms. If the collaboration works well, future voiced roles are planned.
I'm a solo developer; communication is direct, direction notes are clear, and decisions are fast.
Voice Actor
A supporting voiced role, the only voiced part in this release.
An ethereal, unseen presence delivering a prophecy. Any voice type welcome — gender-ambiguous, ageless, or otherworldly reads are all of interest. What matters is texture and control at low volume, not range.
Scope: 5 lines of prophecy verse (~40 words). Final delivery: 3 full takes of the complete text in different emotional colors — (1) tender, (2) neutral/detached, (3) quietly threatening. All three takes are paid.
Content note: The project is an 18+ visual novel; this role contains no explicit content whatsoever — it is 5 lines of poetry. Credit under an alias is fine if preferred.
Technical: WAV, 48 kHz (24-bit preferred), dry recording — no reverb/EQ/effects. Each take as a separate file. Reasonably quiet room.
Usage: Recordings used in-game and in trailers/promo for this project, in perpetuity. You keep demo reel rights. A short written agreement is provided before payment (via PayPal/Wise).
