Project Overview
The Summer Prince and the Four Amulets is a choose your own adventure game about a boy named Caspar whose younger brother goes missing. He ventures out to save him and discovers the truth about his lost father. I'm creating a trailer for this game with live voice acting. I need people to voice act. I only have a few roles to cast for this trailer, so take a look at them below, and feel free to submit more than one take per line! A determined young teenage boy who goes after his missing brother. He always thinks about his lost father and wonders what happened to him. He also has a crush on this girl in his class named Isabella.
Whoever left this note has my brother.
I’m going after him.
Please try to understand. This is my brother. He means so much to me. Have you ever cared about someone so much you’d do anything to keep him with you, or to keep him safe?
Anna is Caspar's childhood friend. She has a crush on him. She is always there for Caspar in any situation, and cares for him much.
(After finding out Caspar lost his brother; sincerely) If there’s anything I can do, let me know.
(In response to Caspar's first line) What are you saying?
I’m not going to let you go alone. If you’re going to find your brother, I’m going to help you.
Ron is an elf that Caspar meets when venturing out to save his brother. He's a rugged, rough type of character. I don't know how else to explain it.
You’ve got to know a lot more than that to survive out in these woods, kid.
Oh, they’re real, kid. Pixies, trolls, centaurs, you name it!
They say that whoever wields one of those amulets holds the power of its realm in the palm of his hands. With all four amulets, Dagon would have all the magic of the Faery World at his fingertips. You can’t let that happen, Caspar.
The narrator of the story. I'm thinking of a deep, smooth voice if it's male. And probably a mid- to low-pitched voice for a female, also smooth.
Caspar was staring at the girl a few desks away. He could barely listen. He was much too concerned with the silky, golden locks flowing down her delicate shoulders. The sparkling blue crystals forming the iris of her eyes. The pink and purple strokes of paint forming the petals on her curvy dress. Isabella. The most beautiful girl he had ever known.
He often wondered about his father. What kind of person was he? What happened to him? All he had left of him was the amulet he wore around his neck. He never took it off. When he wore it, he felt like he was still with him, watching over him, even though he never met him. Aside from that, his mom would tell him never to take it off. He didn’t know why, but he kept it on anyway.
Caspar looked after him as they walked. He didn’t realize he was wearing something so important. It had always reminded him of his father. When he held it, he felt connected to him, as though he wasn’t lost. It always gave him a sense of hope. He didn’t know it held the fate of a world within its settings.
