The Murder of Sonic the Hedgehog is a visual-novel styled murder mystery game that was released for April Fool's Day on Steam for free. Unfortunately, it didn't have any voice acting, so I followed my impulsive thoughts to make a fandub for it! This fandub will exclude the DreamGear sequences except the final battle, be promoted on Tiktok & Youtube, and the final product will be posted on Youtube!
I wish for the voices to be as similar/accurate as possible to the official voices of the characters, I will specify what voice I want for each character. I highly recommend that you watch/play the game first! Please have a good mic, minimal background noise, and most of all, have fun!

The Quokka, also known as Barry in the game files, is who you play as in the game. I'm looking for a slight high pitched male voice that sounds a bit nasally.
"Did I spell that right? I hope the passengers can read my scribble..."

Sonic is the Ship Captain and, as you can tell in the title, is the murder victim. He only really has lines in the beginning and around the end of the game. I'm looking for a voice similar to Roger Craig Smith's Sonic.
"Hey pal, can I get one of those chili dogs?"
"...eh... body numb... can't move... I just need... to... r....rest..."
"But when negative thoughts hit you, let it pass, and keep living."

Amy is the birthday girl and Journalist, who is a part of the neutral party along side Tails, meaning that they can't be the murderer. She's seen in the beginning of the game, the library, lounge, and conductor's car, and end of the game. I'm looking for a voice similar to Cindy Robinson's Amy.
"What did you all expect!? You know I always go all out for my birthday party!"
"AAAAH, this is so exciting! A mystery is unfolding right under our very noses."
"There's no one else here, Knuckles. So I'll ask again, which one of you did this?"

Tails is the Detective, and is a part of the neutral party along side Amy, meaning that they can't be the murderer. You work with him to find out who murdered Sonic by finding clues and interrogating. I'm looking for a voice similar to Collen O'Shaughnessy's Tails.
"Wow, this train is incredible! What fascinating tech."
"No thank you. When I travel I always pack my own Sparkle Gelatin. It's a sparkly jelly that can melt any jaded heart!"
"This is inexcusable. Sonic's hurt. I'm gonna expose the monster who did this."

Knuckles is the sheriff and is one of the potential suspects of Sonic's murder. He appears in the beginning, the saloon car, and ending of the game. I'm looking for a voice similar to Dave B. Mitchell's Knuckles, specifically his rendition in Frontiers.
"Calm down there, Rouge. Did I not just catch you stealing from the train station gift shop..?"
"No!! Don't look at the scores!"
"Just wait till I see Eggman, I'm gonna clobber 'em!"

"I'll come with you. I'd love to know who's been dragging my name through the mud."

"My my, talk about a warm welcome. Quick to the point, aren't you darling?"
"The air in here is so intense, I love it! Nothing like the thrill of a mystery."

Espio is the poet and is one of the potential suspects of Sonic's murder. He's seen in the beginning, library car, and at the ending of the game. I'm looking for a voice similar to Matthew Mercer's Espio.
"I study ninjutsu. I believe one can communicate through the subconscious."
"Locomotive, in motion. I think I lost my lotion. The window shows the ocean. Oh wait, there's my lotion."
"Y-yes, I said, uh, Sonic's going to get trapped with all these locked doors!"

Vector is the butcher and is one of the potential suspects of Sonic's murder. He's seen in the beginning, the library car, and ending of the game. I'm looking for a voice similar to Marc Biagi's Vector.
"You're right, Tails! I can get used to staying on a train like this!"
"I got so engrossed by the rolling monkey action, I hardly noticed when Shadow left the saloon car..."
"We already talked about this! The man was reading! You have nothing!"

Blaze is a titan of industry and is one of the potential suspects of Sonic's murder. She's seen in the beginning, the casino car, and the end of the game. I'm looking for a voice similar to Laura Bailey's Blaze.
"A princess such as myself must always be punctual."
"Despicable. I would never allow such a thing in my kingdom. The guard will go running immediately, I'm sure of it."
"The evidence might not be air tight... but there's a lot being thrown at you that makes sense."

Dr. Eggman's the antagonist most of the time in the main games, and still is here in this game. He appears at the end of the game. I'm looking for a voice similar to Mike Pollock's Eggman.
"Hohoho, you spikey blue pest! Seems like you've finally taken passage on one of my passenger trains!"
"I like to make my badniks compete against one another from time to time. It's good for productivity."
"When you're dragged to my base you'll regret the day you ever crossed me, hedgehog."

The Conductor is a side character who appears in the beginning and end of the game. As you can tell, he's the conductor of the Mirage Express, the train that the game takes place in, but retires soon at the end of the game. I imagine him with a slightly deep, hearty but kind voice.
"Barry did I uh, just see you hitting yourself?"
"So I'll need you to do everything in your power to make sure our paying guests are well taken care of, understood?"
"Fahahaha, you'd honestly never believe what happened! So I won't even try! Faha! Fahahaha!"

The Conductor's Wife is a side character that only appears at the very end of the game. I imagine her with a warm, kind, and soft voice.
"Honey! You're late! I've been waiting here for hours!"
"I'm glad you're here, quick, we leave for Spagonia in the morning and you need to pack!"
