“So.. the man came in and then you heard a bang? And then the girl fell down?”
“That’s ok. We don’t have to talk about it anymore if you don’t want to. You’ve done great today, Casey. You’re very brave.”
“There was a man.. and then there was a really loud ‘bang’.”
“Look, he’s got an angry face because he’s bad.“
“.. I don’t.. like thinking about her falling down.”
“Today, a child at Milwaukie Elementary school has been fatally shot by a man who was illegally on school grounds.”
