Project Overview

Introducing an Abridged Series of The Monkey King 2023 Movie! We are currently in the process of filling up the cast for this project, which will be fully scripted and include one or two musical numbers! (Any characters that are not listed have already been filled in advanced)



REQUIREMENTS:

  • Must be 18 years or older! Although the original media is directed towards a younger audience, this version will NOT be for kids. (And please do not lie about your age)

  • Must have a decent mic! No peaking or static in the background is greatly appreciated

  • Must have a good singing voice for any roles with 'singing voice required ' in their description! (It is not definite that all roles will have a singing part, but just in case)

  • You must be familiar with the original movie, or have seen it at least once. This is not 100% required, but it definitely helps audition wise.

Auditions will close on Sep. 1st @ 11:30PM EST, so make sure to get your's in before then! Can't wait to see them!
