The Lady Guard series
Project Overview
- The story is about after Kion becomes king, Vitani gets her mark and roar, then in her first battle she gets a scar like Kion, and she has to manage patrolling with the scar and have her members help her by leading each different members a day for patrol, the Villains are evil and apart of Scar's and Zira's army. The Lady Guard must defend the circle of life and the pride lands and the scars that are given them.
COUPLE OF THINGS WHEN AUDITIONING
1. Try to have little to no background noise in your audition

Kiara is shown to be rather skeptical of Zuri's obsessive claw sharpening, while Tiifu is shown to care for and reassure Zuri when she is upset. Zuri is sensitive, with a low pain tolerance; she also won't hesitate to voice her complaints.

Laini is also not willing to share her home with anyone if she believes them to be dangerous to her, regardless of if they are or not. But Laini will share her home with those she shows great gratitude to and can be a bit remorseful towards others.

Kongwe is a very slow going animal, who prefers to take her time. However, when faced with an alternative lifestyle, she will take the time to ponder it, even when it goes against her own beliefs.

Kovu, unlike his mother and siblings, is very relaxed, kind and friendly, and doesn't necessarily believe in their cruel and violent, evil ways. Despite this, when his mother asks him to do something, he will obey and even approach his older sibling, should he try to disobey her. He holds no animosity towards the Lion Guard, frequently avoiding confrontation with them. He is shown to be excited at the prospect of living in the Pride Lands so he could see Kiara again.
Years later, it's revealed that Kovu was manipulated by Zira into believing Simba was the enemy, which implies that he was at one point cruel and murderous, but this later changes when he befriends Simba and bonds deeper with his daughter, Kiara. His initial refusal to fight, a trait he had as a cub, is resurrected when he attempts to stop an attack on the Pride Lands held by Zira. He is willing to put the past behind him, as when he sees Kion again, he does not hold any animosity towards him for their past meeting and he later befriends him as his brother-in-law.

"Back to the Pride Lands? That means I could see Kiara again!"
"Yeah! Uh, it was a while ago. We gotta take him to see Mom."

Kinyonga can be shy and hates when her sudden arrivals spook others. However, she is very kind, brave, helpful, and intelligent. She is willing to help the Lion Guard by spying on Scar in the Outlands despite the huge risks.
Kinyonga is also shown to be really resourceful, intellectual, and quick-thinking, for she can use her camouflage, tongue and tail to outwit those that try to harm her.

is shown to be very blunt and not easily impressed or amused, often staying silent even when others address her. However, her “whatever” attitude is shown to be mainly a front, and once she's opened up to someone, she is an admirable bird with a brave heart, ready to enter a dangerous situation to defend her home. She is capable of working alone or in a group, and selflessly gives it her all.
Like most other birds, Anga greatly admires Hadithi and is frequently starstruck in his presence, getting excited about the idea of working with him.
Anga cares greatly for Ono as seen when he gets his eyesight blinded she is very worried about him and stays close to him. Also Anga is very supportive of him when he is doubting himself or is being hurt by someone.

She can be pretty easygoing with her daughter when times are good, but when danger runs rampant, Sarafina is sure to be guiding Nala to safety.

is brave, sturdy, full of courage and kindness, and does his best to make his father proud. He is also an austere but caring father. He is very meticulous about keeping traditions, and he shows great concern about Kion and the formation of the new Lion Guard. However, he eventually came to accept the new Guard after they successfully thwarted Janja's Clan, which shows that he is also reasonable. Though he may seem a bit overprotective at times, Simba cares greatly about his family and the future of the Pride Lands. He was nervous about ruling the Pride Lands for the first time.
Simba can be irascible with those who do not listen to him and believes that it is best to think before acting. He holds his royal position in high regard and does not tolerate being disrespected. He also appears to have a short temper and tends to roar deeply when angered. As king, he respects each and every animal's customs and constantly tries to make peace in the Pride Lands. He understands that everyone makes mistakes, and believes that what is done to correct those mistakes is what matters. Despite his preference to assume leadership over certain circumstances, he understands when he must give the leadership to others, and follow the guidance of others. As noted by Nala he can also be very obstinate
