The Great Ace Attorney English Fandub (DGS/TGAA)
Project Overview
The Great Ace Attorney Chronicles follows the story of Ryunosuke Naruhodo and his close companions through Great Britain's wonders during the Meiji era. Ryunosuke navigates becoming a lawyer, exploring Western revolutions, reforming Japan's own legal system, and meeting some new and unexpected faces. Players gather evidence and testimony during investigation and trial segments. Pointing out contradictions in court help to protect our client and find the truth behind a case!
Note that this project aims to dub the official translation, not the fan translation. As such, some names and minor details will be different. Obviously, spoiler warning for both games. During question segments, the gameplay will be following all correct answers according to a walkthrough.

Of course, you don't need to sound exactly like them, but try your best to bring out the character!
Outline of this project's procedure:
1. Cast main characters.
2. Record gameplay for the first case, The Adventure of the Great Departure.
3. Open up casting for minor characters in this case.
4. Record and edit voice lines for this case.
5. Upload the completed dub of the case to Youtube.
Then repeat for all remaining cases of the first game. We will most likely be taking an extended break period between the 2 games, so participants can rest and the project has time to gain traction.
Rules:
- Must be aged 15+ to participate.
- Please have at least watched a full gameplay of the first case of the duology. Previous understanding of major characters and plot points of both games is preferred.
- You must have a Discord account, as this will be our form of communication.
- Have a decent microphone! Please export your audio files as WAV, AIFF or MP3. You may choose to record in AABBCC format if you wish.
- This game includes mild gore. Please consider whether this could be triggering for you before auditioning.
- Commitment is key! Of course, availability can fluctuate and we will probably take things slow, but everyone has a part in making sure this project runs smoothly.
