The Frozen Heart
Project Overview
The Frozen Heart is an original project about a girl named Eira who discovers magical abilities related to ice due to this crystal heart on her chest. But unfortunately, she doesn't know anything about it and has been receiving dreams of blurry faces, of a distant planet that potentially could be her home. Now she is on the journey to find out where she came from and who she is.
This a non-profit project so this will be of completely No Pay, as I do not have the money for this. This project will be have sensitive topics of abuse and darker topics or scenes. Though nothing will be extremely explicit. There will also be minor cursing which you must be okay with. The characters have to be able to scream and yell which you must be able to do.
PLEASE HAVE DISCORD AND TWITTER FOR COMMUNICATION. If you have one or all of these communicative applications, please send them my way or post them while uploading your audition. Discord is a requirement as you must be able to join the server for the project.
While I do hope for this to reach a stage where it can be animated, as that is the end goal, alternatives will be discussed and planned as there will be visuals. In the form of animatics or comics, potentially anything to give ground. More characters will appear in the story, but they are not majorly important right now as these ones are that are needed the most.

Genesis is an 18-year-old fire magic-user and non-binary, they‘be known Eira, Shade, and Nivo for years now as they have grown up together all in the same complex known as Haven. Genesis is a skilled fighter but they have their own fears and insecurities, pushing themselves to do the very best they can. Genesis has a secret that they keep to themselves and have never told anyone other than Nivo.
They have an androgynous type of voice, so anyone can voice them. They're serious, stern, and well-spoken but with a sensitive side.

Soraya is an 18-year-old girl who is blue-skinned and blue-haired, being an aquatic elf. She's serious, silent with a soft spot that nobody's ever cracked except for a few exceptional people.
She has an average tone of voice, mature, soothing, and serious. Soraya has the type of voice that definitely expresses her second leadership, and kindness. She's devoted to those that she cares for, even despite her own flaws and fears at the back of her mind.

Eden, known as Princess Eden, is a 16-year-old girl who is the adopted princess of Elysia. She smells like, in someone's words, "flowers and soap" - terms being, she is very clean. She has an average voice, it can also be slightly higher, but not too high. Eden is cheery, open to listen, and a true friend when you need someone to be there for you.
"Eira, we're friends! There's nothing you can do that would make me think differently. No matter what happens." {Reassuring, happy tone}
"That stinky cat can say whatever he wants, but he won't hurt you! Not on my watch!" {Defensive, protective}
"What?! You're a princess too?!" {Surprise, almost baffled}
Neol is a 16-year-old who is the definition of excitement. He is the group's weapon nerd/enthusiast, always eager to learn new skills and styles of weaponry. He's quick to befriend others in record time, and often devotes himself to becoming someone's best friend if they have any kind of weapon on them.
Neol has an average tone around, inspiration being he'd sound similar to Beast Boy from Teen Titans, without the rasp in his voice.
"Eira, you know what this means? You're basically an ice goddess!" {Slightly excited}
"... Does that mean we're not safe from Shade?" {Confused, questioning}
"You don't have to hurt anyone anymore! You can still stop this, please...!" {Grunt in pain, pleading weakly}
Zero, nicknamed Big Guy, Kiddo, Ze, is a creative child known as a Sharkoi who wears his heart on a sleeve and believes in the good of others. He can technically have an idea on who is and isn't a bad person, but he needs confirmation by his adopted father, Spark. Zero is also kind, sweet-hearted, and loves to stargaze and create art. Even if he isn't fully talented yet. He was found one day after a horrible event so he's known Spark for almost a year since then, and has classed him as a father.
Zero has a childish voice, medium-range tone and can't really understand big words, but he can understand the simple sentences based on what they mean or relies on Spark to help explain. Anyone can audition, you just have to really channel that child voice. Tails from Sonic, Ben from Ben 10 (original series), and Gohan (child) from DBZ are good examples and inspirations to go off of.

"It was so cool! The way you managed to get the water from the… The river! And when you splashed that mean lady being rude to my dad! You did it so easily! And-! And-!" {Excited, joyful, almost speaking quickly}
"You didn't have to yell at her, Dad!" {Upset, slightly angry, confused}
Violet, nicknamed Vi, also called Carrotfluff is a personal Royal Guard for Tessa, she is a reserved and serious woman who takes her duties responsible as best she can, making sure that she can protect the princess from all harm. She's untrusting of strangers due to that nature, but when getting to know Violet; she's soft, carefree, kind, and wants nothing but freedom from the shackles of her unfulfilling life. Believing that she has nothing waiting for her outside of being a guard.
Violet has a spunky, confident tone with that vulnerability laced to it, average range with the ability to be soft, caring, and almost nurturing to flip to being defensive, ready to lay her life for her loved ones.
"Are you really going to call me that? I may as well start calling you Wolfy." {Groan at the start before sounding playful, almost flirtatious}
"… Me? There's nothing for me out there, Spark… No one is out there waiting for me." {Serious, saddened, soft}
"SPARK! Get a hold of yourself, don't walk into that darkness! You're not like him!" {Panicked, serious, pleading while trying to stay calm}
Tessa, also known as, Princess Tessa, is 18-year-old girl who is the Princess of the Felinons. She's a devoted fighter, willing to go to ends of the planet for her subjects. She's fearless, stubborn, and hot-headed; while she relies on Violet for protection, she also wants to protect her Royal Guard. Tessa is known to be suspicious of outsiders, but giving the benefit of the doubt if proven that you can be trusted.
She has an average voice, sounding confident, headstrong, and a fighter instead of your regular damsel in distress.
"My duty is to lead my people and protect them, not put them in danger." {Serious, soft-spoken}
"I'm a fighter, not a damsel in distress. I can handle myself, thank you very much." {Huff at the start, annoyed}
"Shade! What are you doing?! Stop! I am the princess, you will listen to what I say!" {Panicked, angered, fearful}
Cyllene is an adult woman in her late 20s, who is married to Torun and the mother of Shade and unnamed sibling. She is a gentle soul who has a heart of fire, a skilled fighter, and is willing to do anything for her family. She's always ready to throw herself on the line for her husband and children.
She has a gentle and motherly voice, kind, and sweet. She holds a lot of devotion for her home planet and family.
"It doesn't make sense… I thought that only those of Royal blood were gifted Silver Eyes?" {Confused, concern}
"You're going to do great things… Even if I'm not there for most of them, I want you to know that I'm always watching." {Calm, gentle}
"Torun, I need you! I can't leave you, our children need a father, THEIR father! Please… I love you!" {Almost in tears, hurt, pleading}
Torun is an adult man in his early 30s, who is married to Cyllene and is the father of Shade and an unnamed sibling. Torun is a warrior and has always been fighting for the safety of his planet, as well as for his family. He has an adult male voice with a stern and serious voice with a soft side for his children and wife.
Feel free to play around with his voice as you wish and be creative with his voice.
"Our son was chosen for this purpose, Cyllene. I don't like it either but we have to accept this outcome." {Solemn, soft yet serious}
"I thought it was for those with royal blood…" {Confused, suspicious}
"Go. Run, as far away as you can until you reach Medeis, I know you and the kids will be safe there. I'll find you later. I… I love you, Cyllene." {Stern, reassuring, sadness}
Korah is an adult woman in her late 20s, married to Gail and is the mother of Eira. Korah is a fearless warrior, a skilled fighter, and stubborn. She wishes the best for her daughter and never wants Eira to be brought to harms way, wanting for her to make decisions on her own.
She loves her husband Gail very much. Korah has a motherly voice, soothing, and strong; filled with kindness and love.

"You have to go away for a little while, Eira… Don't worry, your dad and I will come looking for you after all of this is over! I promise sweetie!" {Comforting, trying to hide panic}
"The Heart of Magic? JUST the Heart of Magic?! She's a child! She doesn't know what she wants yet!" {Disbelief at first, before enraged}
Gail is an adult man in his late 20s, married to Korah and is the father of Eira. He is a warrior-fighter who hosts magic lessons and trainings, especially with his daughter, teaching her the basics of magic and so on, always wanting and wishing for Eira to do her best. He's caring for his wife and daughter, protecting them from danger that could harm them.
He has an average tone of voice, welcoming, kind but is prone to turn serious when needed if the situation calls for it.
"Pretty easy. Our daughter's growing a lot with her magic, Korah. She's going to be amazing." {Chuckle at the start, content, a little exhausted}
"Our daughter is going to be fine, Korah. With how her magic's coming along, she'll be able to fend for herself." {Serious, reassuring}
"I don't think so. Eira isn't ready yet, at least wait a few more years until she can decide for herself." {Stern, calm}
