Age: Mid-to-late 20s
Personality: Barry Allen is a smart, kind-hearted forensic scientist who’s down-to-earth and easy to talk to. He’s funny and sometimes awkward, but very caring and responsible. As the Flash, he takes his hero role seriously, but he’s still positive and determined to help others, no matter the challenge. Barry is also shaped by the loss of his mother, giving him a deeper, more emotional side when it comes to personal struggles.
Tone/Voice: Barry’s voice is friendly, upbeat, and conversational in his everyday life. When he’s the Flash, he sounds more confident and serious, but still approachable. His voice should shift slightly between lighthearted moments and the more serious, emotional ones. He’s always hopeful, even when the stakes are high.

Barry: There’s been whispers among the press and protestors that it’s a speedster who committed the crime; and based on these friction burns, it’s not hard to prove it.
Flash: Get as far away from here as you can Mr. Mayor, I’ll handle these goons!
Flash: Captain Cold, Trickster and Weather Wizard. Busted out of Iron Heights just to ruin my parade, did we?
Age: Mid to late 20s
Vocal quality: Confident, compassionate, with a journalistic curiosity.
Personality: Determined, intelligent, caring. Iris is driven by her passion for truth and justice, making her a natural leader in any situation. She’s empathetic yet assertive, with a warm tone that can also be direct when needed.
Additional notes: Iris is Barry Allen’s emotional anchor, but she’s also independent, with her own career and life goals. Her voice should reflect her strength and heart, always keeping a calm composure in the face of adversity while having an undeniable connection to those she loves.

Late as always, but hey, better than never, right?
You know how much this means to him; he takes after you for your love of superheroes.
(Distressed) Wally! We have to get out of here!
(MUST be WILLING to Yell/Provide fighting SFX)
Age: Late 20s-40s
Personality: Savitar is consumed by obsession and a god complex. He’s relentless, power-hungry, and craves dominance over all speedsters. His arrogance is matched by a deep cruelty, and he delights in causing fear and chaos to prove his superiority. But there's something else... a certain loss to his voice as if he knows he's chasing something he can never grasp.
Tone/Voice: LOW, RASPY, and GROWLY. He's Dark, intimidating, and thunderous. His voice carries malice and raw power, filled with arrogance as he sees himself as the true god of speed. Cold, ruthless, and with a menacing edge, his speech strikes fear with every word.
NOTE: Savitar will for the most part of this film maintain an effect on his voice to retain his secret identity. If you would like to try this effect out yourself go for it! However, I can also do it in post!

You survived… No Flash has ever done that. I intend to make sure it stays that way.
(Void of emotion) I killed him in this very spot. And now… You’re next.
Why Barry? You know why. We both know why I’m doing this. It’s the reason we’re both doing this. It’s the mission, isn’t it? Always has been…
