Iris Ann West-Allen is the co-leader of Team Flash, a former journalist of Central City Picture News, a former waitress at CC Jitters, and the owner/editor-in-chief of The Central City Citezen. She is the daughter of Joe West and the late Francine West, the older sister of Wally West, the older paternal half-sister of Jenna West, the ex-fiancée of Eddie Thawne, the wife of Barry Allen, and the mother of Nora West-Allen and her future son Bart West-Allen.

Chester Phineas "Chuck" Runk (July 5, 1991 - 2023; resurrected 2023) is a former scientist turned online streamer and meta-human in Central City. After stabilizing his powers and meeting Barry Allen, he became a member of Team Flash. Chester helped the team fight Eva McCulloch and the Forces.

Jay Garrick is a seasoned speedster with multiple tricks up his sleeve, he's smart, has quick thinking and knows a lot when it comes to the speed force.
Jason "Jay" Garrick is a veteran speedster from Earth-3 and a vigilante known as the Flash, stylized as the Crimson Comet. Jay was found by Hunter Zolomon/Zoom, an evil meta-human speedster from Earth-2, and held as a prisoner in Hunter's lair on Earth-2, forced to wear an iron mask that dampened his powers.

Jesse ''Quick'' Wells is the daughter of Harrison Wells from Earth-2. She held captive by Zoom, to ensure her father would betray The Flash. After her rescue, Jesse joined her father on Earth-1, where she was struck by the Star Labs particle accelerator, becoming a speedster like The Flash.

Bart gained a connection to the Speed Force from his parents, and with his inherited powers he began acting as a meta-human vigilante in the future known as Impulse. He is also the archenemy of August Heart/Godspeed, whose clones dubbed him the Adversary.
