Destiny 2 Motion Comic: The First Ascent
Project Overview
I previously made a similar motion comic project, which is the one I've linked.
This project will be done in the same format.
In this brief story, Mithrax is contemplating entering the portal that was carved into the Traveler by The Witness, the architect behind the collapse of dozens of civilizations. On the other side of the portal, The Witness is crafting the end to all life. The Traveler holds great spiritual significance to Mithrax and House Light, which he is the leader of. Mithrax knows that in order to stop The Witness, he must enter the Traveler. But he is conflicted to bring violence inside of something he considers to be sacred. Eido, his daughter, notices this and challenges his long-held beliefs, trying to convince him to join the fight.

Mithrax is an Eliksni Kell in the game, Destiny 2. He leads House Light, a faction of Eliksni that stays true to the ways of old for the species. He has an adoptive daughter, named Eido. In this project, Mithrax is looking at a portal on the surface of the Traveler, a significant figure in the Eliksni's culture. He feels entering the portal is wrong, but it's necessary to ensure the survival of all life. To put it simply, he's conflicted to the highest degree.
Don't worry about trying to add any effects to your voice, I can take care of that. If you really want to, you can send lines with and without any effects.

Scribe of House Light and daughter to Mithrax, Eido is a young, optimistic, bright, and slightly naive Eliksni. She serves as her father's right hand and voice of sympathy.
In this project, she notices Mithrax is frozen in conflict and challenges his long-held beliefs on the ways of old. Trying to convince him and support him as everyone is in a state of fear and suspense.

During our Golden Age, the Eliksni civilization spanned many star systems. Farther than Humanity could imagine.
Eliksni houses are more than tribes for sharing work and resources. They also represent living philosophies. In many ways, the House of Light is traditional: we worship the Great Machine, and we embrace ancestral roles like Splicers and Scribes.
"And who made that rule? The Traveler is in peril. So long as we can care, we are bound to enter and defend it. I have seen you still have fight in you, Father."
