Project Overview
Ever wanted to see an anime inspired by Ever After High, Valorant, Cyberpunk and The twisted Alice in Wonderland, fused together into a stunning 2D animated series? Look no further! Welcome to Bloodline Protocol and we need your help to turn this dream into reality!
(Upcoming voice acting auditions and other production roles are planned for the end of August if everything stays on schedule, with a trailer currently in development.)
Story Synopsis
Bloodline Protocol follows Luna, a young girl whose mysterious powers are far beyond her control.
After losing her parents and siblings at a very young age, Luna grows up with almost no memory of where she truly came from. She is taken in by a troubled family who constantly criticize and scold her for failing exams, causing problems, and never quite fitting into their world. Deep down, Luna begins to realize that she doesn't belong.
Everything changes after a tragic accident. Blood stains the hallway as Luna stands frozen in shock and fear. Sirens approach, and panic takes over—until a mysterious figure appears and helps her escape.
He leads her to a hidden realm unlike anything she has ever imagined: the Underworld. A secret society where criminals, mafia bosses, hybrids, and strange creatures coexist beyond the reach of ordinary humans.
Overwhelmed and anxious, Luna follows the stranger to an academy within this dangerous world. With nowhere else to go after the accident she caused with her uncontrollable abilities, she enrolls in the school and attempts to keep her powers hidden.
However, she soon discovers an ancient secret.
Throughout history, powerful families have inherited rare Ancestral Cores, mystical sources of power passed down through bloodlines once every generation. Somehow, Luna is connected to one of these legendary bloodlines—but before she can uncover the truth, others begin to realize who she might be.
Now hunted by those who wish to capture, control, or kill her, Luna must learn to master her powers, survive the deadly academy, and uncover the mystery of her true family.

Writer
We use Celtx for this project yet word can also be used its just more preferred! For the writers your tasks will be nothing different then an actual writer tho be aware that you will be working alongside people and within groups having a specific schedule based on your timezones and free time!

Writer
We’re looking for Story Editors to join the Bloodline Protocol team! If you enjoy storytelling, spotting plot holes, improving pacing, and helping bring stories to life, we’d love to have you on board.
As a Story Editor, you’ll be helping review scripts, character arcs, worldbuilding, and episode concepts to make sure everything flows well and stays consistent throughout the series. You’ll also be working alongside writers and other team members to help strengthen scenes, dialogue, and overall story direction.
We’ll mainly be working through Discord, where we can discuss ideas, review documents, give feedback, and collaborate on the development of the series together.

Animator
We’re looking for 2D Animators to join the Bloodline Protocol team! If you enjoy bringing characters to life, creating smooth animations, and helping build an original anime-inspired series, we’d love to have you on board.
As a 2D Animator, you’ll be working alongside artists, writers, and other team members to animate scenes, character movements, effects, and other visual elements for the project. Whether you’re experienced or still improving your skills, we’re looking for passionate people who are excited to create something amazing together.
We’ll mainly be working through Discord, where we can share progress, review scenes, give feedback, and collaborate on animation production.

Musician
We’re looking to bring the music community into this project as well! As a fellow songwriter, I think it would be great to discover new talent and explore different creative ideas. That’s why I’d love for you to join the anime and help create amazing music for the series, as well as for advertisements and other related content.
We’ll be using Word for lyricists, and FL Studio and/or Ableton Live for musicians and producers. Together in Discord group calls, we can hold sessions that allow everyone to collaborate, share ideas, and develop music that fits the project.

You are allowed to use whatever platform your comfortable with when it comes to Character designs, tho we do prefer Celtx aswell for the people wanting to help with the storyboards. Ofcourse this isn’t necessarily as we can always improvise! Do know that when it comes to storyboard we will section you into groups depending on your free-time and time zone, tho that will also be discussed in private or in the discord groupchat!

We’re looking for a Japanese animation director with experience directing an animation team, or someone who understands the fundamentals of leading animators and overseeing the animation process.
Requirements:
Native Japanese speaker or fluent in Japanese.
Experience directing or supervising an animation team (preferred).
Good understanding of the 2D animation production pipeline.
Able to communicate in English fluently.
Must have and actively use Discord for communication.
Able to provide feedback, coordinate with animators, and help maintain animation quality and consistency.

We’re looking for Japanese 2D animators to join our indie animation project. We’re seeking animators who understand the indie animation workflow and can collaborate effectively in a small, creative team.
Requirements:
Native Japanese speaker or fluent in Japanese.
Experience with 2D animation (key animation, in-between animation, or both).
Familiarity with the indie animation pipeline and production workflow.
Able to communicate in English fluently.
Must have and actively use Discord for communication.
Able to work with deadlines, take feedback, and collaborate closely with the team.
Bonus:
Experience working on indie animation projects or anime-style productions.
Knowledge of software such as Clip Studio Paint, OpenToonz, TVPaint, or similar animation tools.
