Project Overview
INTRODUCTION:
Hello, everyone! This casting call is for The Epic SMG4 Movie CONCEPT TRAILER. I produce GMOD Animations, mainly SMG4 Fan Projects. This animation is a small project that pays tribute to SMG4.
WHAT IS SMG4? WHY ARE YOU DOING THIS?SMG4 is a web series about him, Nintendo characters like Mario and Luigi and his friends going on silly adventures. He released numerous movies in which they last 30 to 50 minutes only. So I came up with a concept for a feature length SMG4 Movie.
WHAT ARE YOU DOING IN THIS PROJECT?I am UltraByte09, you can call me Ultra, professional GMOD Animator, Editor, Music Composer and Writer. I do also Voice Acting, in which I'm not a pro at it :( and organise this casting call to Voice Actors. This project has already begun. I just need more VAs.
WHAT IT WILL TALK ABOUT:It's a small Fanmade animated trailer featuring SMG4 and his friends:
The synopsis is the following:
After countless adventures, SMG4 and his friends are seeing how far and changes they went through. Meanwhile, Bloopersville's inhabitants are kidnapped by an old villain from the Classic SMG4 Era, Enzo. Enzo is back but with other villains from his Era. It is up to The SMG4 Crew to stop Enzo from his revenge seeking plans. This project is not affiliated with Glitch Productions and isn’t going to happen.
WHAT I WILL ASK IN THIS PROJECT:When you record lines, make sure it's clean: no background noises, too much clean up will destroy your voice quality, the audio effects will be handled by yours truly so don't need to add them.
You're welcome to make mistakes: I may ask you to try again.

DEADLINES AND AUDITIONSThe deadline for auditions is November 28th 2024. There are currently no plans to extend this deadline, as the full script is ready to release to voice actors. We'll notify voice actors who have been cast in roles after the audition and send the script to the voice actors after their audition if accepted. We need to receive all lines back from voice actors by December 2nd. This is a hard deadline. If you are unable to record between November 28th - December 12th, please do not audition. As of the project itself I will give it to you.
HOW TO REACH OUTI communicate primarily through Discord. If you're unfamiliar with it, you can still audition. However, I strongly, strongly recommend participation through Discord so that you can collaborate with me. I did it with other projects and it has been of immense value.
