A super short concept I had for a film, follows a killer known as "The Entertainer" as he torments the fictonal city of Innsmouth, Massachusetts

Minor role, opens the short
This just in, Mayor Asher will be hosting a press conference within the hour
We see a crowd of at least 300 people lining up around city hall
Protesters can be found just down the block, complaining of Asher's previous failures.

Good evening, Innsmouth. We're currently dealing with a local-level crisis
During these uncertain times, the best thing we can do is work together
I ask that all citizens keep their doors locked at all times and report any suspicious activity =

How about you actually use that fancy police force our tax dollars are paying for?
We can't put up with this ignorant leadership anymore!
Locking your damn door ain't gonna protect you from a basket case with a gun!
There's new evidence that possibly links this killer to 9 previously unsolved murders
He says the evidence is not 100% fact, and the investigation is still ongoing
It's time... for the entertainment to begin
