Voice: as for TigerStar, I think of him with a deep and grumbly voice, as do many others in the Warrior Cats Fandom.

(Yelling.) “BLOODCLAN, ATTACK! Wha- WHAT ARE YOU DOING!? I said ATTACK!”
(Choking on blood.)

Voice Description: I’ve personally always thought of scourge with a younger male voice since he is canonically a small cat. Although, I always think of his voice as raspy as well. I feel like it fits his character a lot.
(Greeting.) “I am scourge. Leader of Bloodclan .”
(Cold) “I’ve changed my mind again. We are taking over this forest now. Anyone who refuses can expect the same fate as him.”

Voice: I think of Tallstar to have a pretty youthful voice despite his age. Although, that being said, not too youthful at the same time. Think of Aang in the new avatar movie. And combine that with someone who is wise beyond their years if that makes any sense.
(Cold.) “tigerclan was the name of the great clans of ancient times. You’ve no right to use it or to change the number of clans in the forest. Furthermore, I vowed that Windclan won’t ever be controlled by Shadowclan again. A kit could see what you’re up to, Fleabrain.”
