The Black Heart Mafia

As I am not experienced in drawing backgrounds, nor am I fully confident in my (poor) ability to draw backgrounds, I am hoping to perhaps get someone else to sketch out some backgrounds for me! I would preferably like to work with someone who has had past experience with drawing backgrounds, and someone I can easily communicate with. 

This story takes place in a futuristic city type of setting, so hopefully you are familiar with drawing environments like that lol. I would need exterior futuristic city shots (ex. - streets with strips of glowing light on either side, tall buildings covered by gargantuan screens, flying cars, etc.), exterior/interior bar shots, exterior/interior house and mansion shots, etc.

I'm not necessarily looking for anything too crazy or detailed, I would just love a digital, sketchy-like style, where it is detailed enough to the point that the audience would be able to recognize the setting and where the characters are in a scene.

This is our half Caucasian, half Puerto Rican protagonist! Timothy is a friendly, harmless 24-year-old man, who holds good intentions and has a good heart deep down. After running away from his trauma-inducing hometown, Timothy is forced to shoplift and reluctantly robs people for the sole purpose of being able to survive as a homeless man on the streets. Timothy often has traumatizing nightmares/visions of Richie, the man whom Timothy had accidentally killed.

These are just for the minor bit of the story where Timothy shows off his Spanish speaking skills. I would preferably like to have someone who is fluent in this language (as well as English, so we can communicate). This role is posted, in case the VA recording the English lines, does not know spanish or how to properly pronounce Spanish wording.

(NOTE: I do not know much Spanish, so the audition line will be written in English... just know that when you audition, using the line below, they should be accurately translated/spoken in Spanish. Not English.)

Harper is the founder/leader of the Black Heart Mafia. She takes her leadership role very seriously. Harper is the tough but nurturing type of leader, who is very protective of her "mafia family" (especially her girlfriend, Anne). Every member of the Black Heart Mafia sees her as the "older sister" of the group. Throughout the story, Harper tries her best to make Timothy feel comfortable and "at home" in the Black Heart Mafia's mansion. Android (or "Anne" for short) is the right-hand woman/girlfriend of Harper Stewart. She is also an android who's intended purpose was to be a performer at... an adult themed club. On the outside, Anne may look like a supermodel looking to seduce you, but in reality, she's just as caring and protective as Harper is. Anne tries her best to keep her inner demons buried deep down within her, but once someone mentions "the incident" or says anything negative about her mafia family... she can get quite rowdy. Noah is the only Black Heart member, who isn't really favored by the rest of his peers. It's understandable, given how he often radiates an off-putting aura. He's a brooding man who prefers to keep to himself, and does whatever he wants, no matter the consequences. He also has moments where he can be... quite threatening and manipulative. Especially since he secretly wants to take over the mafia. Kai is the youngest member of the Black Heart Mafia (19 years old). People may assume he's your typical "emo teenage slacker" just from his appearance alone, but little do they know, Kai is actually incredibly smart. He's the one who builds and programs the Black Heart's weapons and gadgets after all! Oh, and he also finds Winter (a Black Heart member with a massive crush on him) to be very very very veeeeeery bothersome. (NOTE: Use the V-tuber "Shoto"'s voice as a reference for this character. Best Shoto Moments BUT HE'S ANIMATED! )

Reagan DeCarlo is your standard "goth girl" who doesn't care to take part in conversation, nor start any. Like Noah, she also prefers to keep to herself, and is typically glued to her cell phone, 24/7. She is often straight-faced and only speaks when she needs to. On the rare occasion that she does speak, she often speaks in a flat tone of voice. Oh, and she could give less of a shit about people's opinion of her. Dakota is the "voice of reason" for the Black Heart Mafia. They are often very friendly and they're the only member of the group who rarely ever throws insults or clapback's at anyone. They'd rather try to confront people in a more civilized manner. They always try their best to help their peers, in any possible way that they can. They also hate to leave anything unresolved or, leave someone alone whilst they're in a melancholy state... (NOTE: Use the voice in this link as a reference. Richie is the man who was accidentally killed at the hands of Timothy. He constantly haunts Timothy's mind and dreams, as a disturbing, horrid entity. He's supposed to have a gruff, low, and booming New York accent. (Apologies that there isn't really much to his character, but he is still a crucial part of the story itself, and there will be multiple scenes of him haunting the main character.)

Bruce is the leader of "Bruce's Boys", a helpless gang who supposedly owe money to the Black Heart Mafia, after the Black Heart Mafia made weapons and gadgets for them. However, after letting the power get to his head, once he had these powerful gadgets in his possession, Bruce decided to get cocky and say "You know what? We can do whatever the hell we want. We don't need to pay you back." (NOTE: Use the character's voice at the 8:58 minute mark of the Hazbin Hotel Pilot episode, for reference!)

Joey was one of the gang members who raised Harper during her teenage years (Harper was taken in by a gang, before she branched off and created the Black Heart Mafia). Despite his intimidating, "tough-guy" appearance, deep down, he's a very sweet and nurturing man with a soft spot for Harper. He can be accurately described as a very "father-like" figure. (NOTE: Use Joel from The Last Of Us as a voice reference: 2 of Joel’s best lines from both games - The last of us and The last of us part 2)

Rosalinda is a minor role in the story. At a later point in the story, she is called to meet up with Noah Everhart late at night, so she could sell deadly drugs to him. However, she isn't able to, due to her change of heart that occurred offscreen. She is supposed to be a timid, Latina woman with a faint Hispanic accent.
