Harper is the founder/leader of the Black Heart Mafia. She takes her leadership role very seriously. Harper is the tough but nurturing type of leader, who is very protective of her "mafia family" (especially her girlfriend, Anne). Every member of the Black Heart Mafia sees her as the "older sister" of the group. Throughout the story, Harper tries her best to make Timothy feel comfortable and "at home" in the Black Heart Mafia's mansion.
