Harold Theopolis Osborn is the son of Norman Osborn, the ex-CEO of Oscorp Industries, the former best friend of Peter Parker, the leader of the Sinister Six and the supervillain known as the Green Goblin. After discovering he had the same illness as his father, he did any way in order to live. Seeing a video of Oscorp's Spiders could cure any illness, he decided to get Spider-Man's blood, but Spider-Man refused. After learning the venom of the spider was in Oscorp's Special Projects, he teamed up with Electro and injected himself with the venom. It didn't do anything better, but worsening it. He dediced to exact revenge on Spider-Man, figuring his identity, and killing Gwen Stacy in the process. Tooken to Ravencroft, he and Gustav Fiers negotiated to create a team.

Gwendolyne Maxine "Gwen" Stacy was the classmate and girlfriend of Peter Parker and the daughter of the chief police officer, George Stacy. After Spider-Man's emergence, Gwen discovered Spider-Man as Peter. She helped Peter with an antitode to cure Lizard.
A year later (in this dub), a graduated Gwen had a grattitude to enter Oxford. However, when Electro emerged, Gwen was forced to help Spider-Man one last time. In the final battle, she was indirectly killed by the Green Goblin, who wanted to murder Stacy. Her death caused Parker to struggle continuing as Spider-Man, but her speech inspired him to return as Spider-Man to fight Aleksei Syksevitch, a Russian criminal who broke out using a Rhinoceros Machine.

Norman Virgil Osborn was the CEO and founder of Oscorp Industries, and the father of Harry Osborn. Despite his industrial success, Osborn suffered all his life due to a degenerative disease which eventually kills him. To prevent that, Norman had Richard Parker and Curt Connors work on a possible cure, but Parker was killed (he actually survived; people taught Richard died) after he realized what were Osborn's true intentions for his research.
