Harold Theopolis Osborn is the son of Norman Osborn, the ex-CEO of Oscorp Industries, the former best friend of Peter Parker, the leader of the Sinister Six and the supervillain known as the Green Goblin. After discovering he had the same illness as his father, he did any way in order to live. Seeing a video of Oscorp's Spiders could cure any illness, he decided to get Spider-Man's blood, but Spider-Man refused. After learning the venom of the spider was in Oscorp's Special Projects, he teamed up with Electro and injected himself with the venom. It didn't do anything better, but worsening it. He dediced to exact revenge on Spider-Man, figuring his identity, and killing Gwen Stacy in the process. Tooken to Ravencroft, he and Gustav Fiers negotiated to create a team.
