The Administrator is a (at the moment) 1 season series about humanity's last hope against an evolved robotic race. The Administrator, the powerhouse of all technology, has recieved a virus that has reprogrammed him to seek out to destroy the human race. Now with humanities once greatest creation, seeking out to destroy them, the last humans capable of defeating him have come together for a final stand. Will their strength be enough to defeat a perfect being?
After a mission to destroy the Admin once and for all goes horribly wrong, humanity must rebuild its defenses and recover from the loss of their greatest soldiers, just in time to face the Admin once again.
*The series takes place in 2030, after an enormous scientific breathrough is discovered concerning AI technology. The ability to create a machine that can function just as well as a human, if not better, was a perfect replacement for human soldiers. No longer would familes have to grieve over the loss of loved ones due to war. All is well, until the virus begins, and the machines once built to protect humanity, has turned their weapons towards them. With the ability to predict every move and plan ahead just as a computer does, does humanity truly stand a chance?*
Season 1 has a planned 10 episodes, each episode ranging from 10-15 minutes long. The show will be done in a sort of comic/animatic form.
You must be at least 14 years of age to audition for this project, as this is a war show after all.
Please leave your discord username in your audition, or provide it when you are cast so we can add you to the discord server.
Please have a decent mic with no background noise (recording audio in a closet or bathroom usually helps with that)
This series is estimated to take around 6-8 months, so if you are unsure if you can be a part of the team for that long please let me know, this does not mean you are disqualified from being cast, as their are roles that are not in the show for as long that you may fill
Please be positive to everyone who auditions. Constructive criticism only if any at all.
Lastly, please include a slate in your audition. If you are unaware what a slate is, here is an example. "Hello my name is "username or name" and I'll be auditioning for the role of "role"
At the moment no designs are official, I've provided a rough draft of what the characters will resemble. Also more characters will be added as we finish the scripts. An update will be made when that happens.

Finn is the main character of the story. At a young age, he was selected to be a cadet to join the human alliance to one day aid the war against the Admin. He has been training his entire life for the moment he'd get the chance to destroy his race's biggest enemy. He is serious and uptight. He does not play games and is very intelliegent. He takes his job seriously and if anyone dies under his command, he feels as if it is entirely his fault. He is selfless because he cares for his friends, but at the same time, that is one of his greatest weaknesses. His voice isn't too deep. It is powerful, but still the voice of a young adult. He's only eighteen years old afterall. To the present time, he is an officer in the human alliance.
As we discussed previously. Once we reach the top of these stairs, we’ll arrive in the control room. Commander Carter should arrive at the same time as us, which will give us a moment to flank the enemy within the room. If Commander Carter doesn’t arrive in time, fall back to the staircase and use the barriers as cover. Do not put yourself in a precarious position.
We can’t just abort the mission! If we fail, the rebellion will be at a lost. We’ll be dooming the entire human race!
Alana! He’s dying! I need you to bring your medical equipment now!
Alana is eighteen years old. She is a high ranking soldier in the human alliance. Her and Finn are dating. She is very caring and is slow to impatience. She takes her time to understand her situation and is good at observing her surroundings. She is moderately intelligent, and serves as a healer and support for her unit. Her voice is very sweet soundings and slightly soft. Her voice can also become very powerful if she wants it to.
Finn! He isn’t moving! We have to do something now! Hurry!
What if their forces outnumber us, sir? Yes sir.

Layla is an officer of the rebellion. She is very serious about her work and hates when others don't take their job as seriously as she thinks they should. She is very commanding and loves to be in charge. She sees it as her duty to ensure that nobody messes up their chances of winning the war. She is very poweful, but not always the smartest. She makes up for it though, by being an amazing persuader and quick on her feet. Her voice shouldn't be deep, somewhere along the middle range. She talks relatively clear and fast.

You're not at all who you say you are. I know that for a fact. Who are you, and why are you really here? If someone doesn't start answering my questions, I swear to my father's grave I'll tear this entire place apart and make each and every one of you put it back together by hand!
You may be any gender to play this part, as I am looking for whoever can play a malevolent, manipulative and cunning robotic overlord. The Admin's voice is nearly human, only having small amount of machine in his voice. Go ahead and play around with different types of voices for this character. Try being creepy, powerful, flamboyant, etc. This is the main villain character after all. Go nuts!
I thought I sensed cockroaches infesting my wonderous tower. But of course I was mistaken. I know, right? Me? A machine, making a mistake? But of course it is possible. No,..I sensed something far more pesky than cockroaches.
(he grabs Finn’s arm and lifts him into the air)
I sensed a plague. I really must congratulate you for reaching this far..I must say, you really would have stood a chance at defeating me..Had it not been for your loud obnoxious friends.

(all the tension leading up to this line possible, maybe even improvise a small monologue before hand about defeating the hero) But now..It’s over.
Caster is new to the human alliance, just out of training. He is a very strong and athletic dude that never runs from a challenge. He has a big heart, but often hides it. He is brave and selfless. He has a rather deep voice for his young age of sixteen. His voice is clear and he is very confident. He often may come off as a jerk, but deep down he is far from it. He is also extremely loyal and will remain by his friend's side until his dying breath.
This is our first real mission, it’s okay to be nervous

Rachael is new to the human alliance, just fresh out of training. She is uncertain with herself at times and often relies on others to help her make descisions. She is easily startled and is moderately clumsy. She looks highly upon Alana and hopes to be like her someday, but she isn't sure how to achieve that goal quite yet. Her voice is medium pitched. She isn't quiet, but she isn't too loud either. She talks relatively quickly and nervously, as if her life relies on her getting her words out as quickly as possible. She's very innocent and naive.
I don’t know what’s gotten into me.

Commander Carter is in his late 50's. He has a very deep and gravelly voice. He is loud and confident with himself. He takes his missions very seriously and would give an arm and a leg if he had to. He's very mature and doesn't make jokes or show signs of joy or happiness. He doesn't talk much, only listens.
Hurry up, Captain. That surge isn’t gonna keep them down forever
We’re under heavy fire! We can’t make it to the command center in time! We have to abort the mission!

Danny is Layla's brother. He is very caring and takes it upon himself to teach the new soldiers how to survive. He has a very soft voice. Think of him as every typical lead role character in every movie or show ever that involves war or love. He speaks very clearly and is very confident. He's very charismatic and people often are drawn to him because of that. He's smooth with his words and is known to use that to his advantage.
That there is a hoe. Humans used to use that for farming...Or at least that's what I was told. It...isn't a weapon. Actually you probably shouldn't touch that, who knows where it's been, right? (chuckles)
