Tekken 8 Character Voice Mod: OC / Jin Kazama

Sphalerite, or Sphal, is a rough and tumble character. Original a Steven Universe gemsona, they have evolved far passed to their primary fictional OC that they love to commission art of and use for writing and DND.

Sphal's lore isn't that complicated in its original debut, she was an off color soldier that wasn't kicked off the planet or thrown to the curb due to immense power and skill that wasn't easily replicatable through other gems of their type. They would then go on to be a continued soldier until inevitably meeting the core cast of Steven Universe, and if you've ever seen the show you can probably imagine where that goes from there.

Outside of that original lore, Sphal has been depicted as a monk in D&D where they are a master of the sun soul technique and feel immensely out of place traveling amidst the void with their traveling companions. They are very outspoken and often make references to things that are beyond their comprehension (both the players and the characters having very Deadpool-esk similarities); however, Insanity aside from the normal onlooker, Sphal is loyal to a fault and will stand beside you and watch your back if you prove to be a valuable asset or an equal in their eyes.

If I were to take characters to draw inspiration from when it comes to this character's voice I would look at:

• Cree (KND/Kids Next Door)

Their cadence and tempter.

• Numbah 5 (KND/Kids Next Door)

They're tone and their vernacular

• Various Soldier Gems of Steven Universe

We may be removed from this as a base line lore nowadays, but the energy and innate soldier attitude would be a solid foundation.
