This is based on an Role Play my friend and I did. I have mixed it with details of my own to make the story more compelling, dramatic, and heart wrenching.
This is the story of a troubled teenager. Chris is going through a hard time in life. He is haunted by his past, and afraid of the future. We join Chris in his Freshmen year of High School. Chris desperatley tries to get his head above his life to save himself from drowning as he discovers his enemies, his sexuality, and who his real friends are.

Garrett is Kyle's best friend. He play's baseball and he is dating Lesly. He never wanted to be apart of the story, but got involved when Chris joined the baseball team. Garrett acts like he doesn't care, and has had years of practice at hiding his true emotions.

Lesly is very rude and hates Chris with all her being. She is dating Dylan, and makes it pretty clear to him that she hates Chris. She doesn't think twice before insulting Chris in front of his brother and Dylan. Lesly will do anything to either kill, or permanently remove Chris from hers and Dylan's lives.
I hope you, your brother, and your (Referring to the LGBT Community like it's a disease) species all fucking go to Hell!

Chris is discovering he is gay and in love with his brothers friend Garrett. He has a dark secret that keeps him on the edge of sanity. He is suicidal and tries to kill himself many times. He will do anything to be with Garrett. He does not sound campy.
(Hesitant) Kyle... there's something you have to know... about dad...
(Angry and Sad) You don't understand! You will NEVER understand what it's like to be me!

Kyle is Chris's older brother. He is very protective of Chris and tries to help in whatever way he can. His best friend is Garrett. Secretly has feeling's for Chris that play apart in the drama of the series.
(Frantic) Chris... you don't realize what you're doing! Come back! CHRIS!

Amanda was a new student to the high school. She recently moved from England and left all of her friends behind. She is shy and loves to perform. She and Chris become best friends and they try out for the play together. Amanda is Chris's "counselor" when something goes wrong, and she alway's does her best to help him.

(Comforting) Chris, listen to me... you are an amazing person, no matter what Lesly or Dylan say... Meeting you was one of the most amazing moments in my life. You let me be your friend when I had none, and you didn't make a single complaint...
