TAWOTA

TAWOTA

Project Overview

The Autistic World Of The Autist, or TAWOTA for short, is an adult animated comedy focusing on the misadventures of Leon DaAutism and Brian Carrotsticks. As you can tell by the title, every character is on the autism spectrum. That said, I am perfectly willing to accept neurotypicals for any of the roles.

Though, as a heads up, not all of the characters would appear here because a large majority of the male cast are voiced by me.

Will add more roles soon.

Leon’s girlfriend and heir to the Short family fortune, courtesy of being genetically engineered by The Twins into being the perfect heir. While she is the quiet and reserved type, she is something of an adrenaline junkie and she just loves winding Brian up. She also finds comfort in her boyfriend in order to take her mind off having to run an entire company. She speaks with a slight contralto and, like Leon, has a British accent. Think Sunset Shimmer from My Little Pony: Equestria Girls but with an Estuary English accent. Or with a London accent. Both options work.

  • Brian, any act of expressing one's love and/or attraction to someone else can be interpreted as sexual harassment if that someone else is unwilling.

  • So was Frankenstien. The monster made by the titular scientist was an outcast and, contrary to popular belief, was aware of it. That's pretty depressing.

  • In my defense, it was Brian who told me there was no lactose in the garlic bread.

While she can be as odd as Brian, she is the more reserved out of the two. You know, when she isn’t in stressful situations like getting frozen in carbonite by her nephews or encountering cybernetically enhanced zombies. Probably imagine her sounding like Starlight Glimmer but a pitch higher.

  • Did you really need to mention the part with the hippo?

  • Yeah, that's one of the reasons your dad doesn't trust Leon around you guys. Well, that and he's a foul-mouthed alcoholic. So, what do you guys wanna do?

  • How long do you think we're gonna be here? This place is beginning to creep me out.

A by-the-book cop that is pretty no-nonsense and something of a moral absolutist, almost like Judge Dredd in a way (even dresses up as Dredd for the Halloween special). Does love his doughnuts, though. Thinking of having him sound like Buzz Lightyear from Buzz Lightyear of Star Command:

I would find better clips but I had difficulty. I bet it’s those nefarious swines at Disney! Ahem, got distracted there. Anyway, here are some lines. And in case the clips didn’t make it obvious (honestly, I didn’t expect them too), I expect Chiefy to sound a bit like Patrick Warburton

  • I'm gonna give you the count of three to stop destroying everything and put your hands up in the air. One. Two. Three!

  • I am the law!

Imaginee’s beleaguered assistant that tends to get mentally and verbally abused by him on a regular basis. While he is way nicer than his boss, he is not the kind of person you’d want to mess with since he is a super-strong robot. In fact, due to a few glitches in his system (which Rex purposefully hadn’t got around to fixing), he nearly killed Imaginee a few times in the past. Has kinda like a sweet childlike tone to him, like SpongeBob or (more preferably) GIR from Invader Zim.

  • Why do they call it a fruit machine? Well, apart from some of the symbols looking like fruit but that's basically it. It's not like it dispenses fruit. Well, unless the fruits of one's labour counts.

  • (excitedly) Ooh, trick-or-treaters?

Mona’s biological parents (due to both of them using the same vial to artificially create Mona) and founders of the toy and comic-book company Shortiiz. Along with their autism, they both have ADHD and they believe snorting cocaine can make them like Sherlock Holmes. On the physical side of things, they have dwarfism (that’s right, even cats can have dwarfism). They also have a great fondness for the past and even have their own room in their mansion dedicated to the 90s. Edgar speaks with a Received Pronunciation while Edward, like Mona, has a London accent.

  • Edgar: Not to worry. We’ve been clean for two weeks now.

    Edward: Yeah, clean.

Role assigned to: ShikabaneVic

French mercenary and assassin that is usually under the employ of Rex Cugor and was once a veteran in the War in Afghanistan (also known as Operation Enduring Freedom). Not very talkative and doesn’t speak a word of English (except for “fuck you, asshole”). Follows a code of ethics in which she only kills people who are arse-holes (as well as having no friends or family of their own or they abuse them) and would shoot her employer in the foot if they make her target someone she considers decent. As such, she absolutely despises Imaginee as a person and was more than happy to hunt him down when the opportunity arrived. Aside from hunting down Imaginee, Rose takes no pleasure in her work and only does it out of a sense of duty (along with dealing with trauma both from childhood and from war). Speaks with a contralto and speaks almost exclusively in French.

A resident of the Land of Imagination. He used to be friends with Rex Cugor but, because of moral differences on Rex’s part later on in life, that friendship fell apart. Like Chiefy, Superautist is a moral absolutist and is an even bigger boy scout than the character he is based on. Oh, and he also has Christian beliefs. Kind of imagine him having a deep but heroic voice

  • I fight for truth, justice and the Christian way. Or any way as long as it's good on a moral level.

Head of one of the major crime families in Autist City. Sounds like Vincent D'onofrio's portrayal of Wilson "Kingpin" Fisk from Daredevil.

  • Perhaps we can come to an accord, Imaginee. I let your little...verbal indiscretion...slide and in return, you put your medical knowledge to work.

Brian and Dani’s father. Unlike his children, Bud is on the low-functioning end of the spectrum. That said, he has proven himself to be a very capable father (even if he does burn dinner from time to time) and is more than willing to enforce the rules if need be.

  • I will not have bad language in this house! Put a pound in the swear jar.

A guard dog and, like Bud, is on the low-functioning end of the spectrum. Is usually seen rocking back and forth on a chair in the Museum of Modern Autism with a shotgun full of blanks in his hands. Speaks with a West Country English accent (you know, the type most English farmers have).

  • Loaded with blanks. Prevents accidents.
