TAMEN DE GUSHI Qiu Tong CASTING
Project Overview
Tamen De Gushi summary:
The funny romantic story of how Qiu Tong and Sun Jing met and fell in love.
I am wanting to make a light-hearted dub of Tamen de Gushi. I will personally be playing Sun Jing, but I need a partner for the role. The one who will paly Qiu Tong, the other main character. I want this to just be a fun dub of the series that is something that will make us smile thinking about working on it.
Haha okay so here are the requirements and things you need to know-
Fast ass deadlines. Haha and I mean fast, like I said, I want this to be a light-hearted thing. So that means that I want some lines done and then put into a fun little video of our dub. I want this to be fun and not have lines that are seriously serious and are stressed over. That means I expect your light-hearted lines on or within the short deadlines, of course, its okay if it is late with an explanation. But yeah, since these lines are not supposed to be all perfect that means the deadline is short and fun! ....(that means like 1 to 1 and a half weeks to complete.)
Microphone? Personally I record with an AT2020...but I haven't been into the whole serious roles lately so i haven't been using it. For light-hearted dubs like this I will simply be using my phone mic. (Though I will make sure it is not noticeable it is a phone mic.) So, use whatever mic you want. The only condition for this would be...your phone mic can NOT sound like absolute crap...okay...? ;-;? That means that there should be no background noise, no overwhelming static, no strange echos, no grainy quality. Im sure you all have heard bad and good phone microphone quality, please understand you will only be cast if it is good. Even if this is a light-hearted thing...I still don't want it to sound like crap. K? TT

This is important. I want to be able to make friends with you. Like I said, this is going to be lighthearted. I want to be able to laugh with you and joke about our stupid lines! Have fun, that is the most important condition of this.
I may add on to this later, but for now, that is all.

Sun Jing= S Qiu Tong= Q
For Qiu Tong I am looking for a mid-range voice to a mid-range with a slightly high pitched voice. Your voice doesn't have to match that description to be cast, please audition no matter what your voice sounds like!!! The important thing about auditioning is that you can convey your emotions. The setting: Sun Jing and Qiu Tong are outside during winter. Qiu Tong is cold
Q "...It's so cold outside..."
S "I told you that the temperature was going to drop tonight."
Q*Looks at Sun Jing*
S "Don't look at me, I'm only wearing two thin shirts inside."
Q "But its so cold, so cold, so cold, so cold, oh so cold"
Q*Engulfs Sun Jing, then Sun Jing hugs Qiu Tong*
S "Hows this?"
Q "Its super cozy!"
Setting: Sun Jing is trapped in Qiu Tongs bathroom thinking she broke the handle.
Q "Sun Jing! How are you doing in there?" *is knocking on bathroom door*
S "Hey, ... I think I broke the door"
Q " You weren't the one who broke the door handle! It was already broke!" *is shouting through the door*
Q "If you unlock the latch inside, I can open the door from the outside!"
*Sunjing unlocks the latch and Qiu Tong opens the door quickly*
S *Awkwardly* Hey
Q *Bursts out laughing*
Setting: On the bus with Sun Jing when Qiu Tong is encountered by a little boy
B "Sister you are so pretty!"
Q "How can you be such a sweet talker~~!"
Q "You are the one whos very handsome~~~~ Sister will give you her seat, alright!~~?"
