Casting has been given!
Hello everyone! I wanted to let you all know casting has been completed for the Tales of Iva: Prologue! Thank you all for auditioning once again, and for everyone that was casted, check your messages!
Tales of Iva: Prologue is the prologue to my feature length film Tales of Iva right now, I am trying to gain traction for the film by creating this very short prologue.
I will be using the animation programs Live2D and Moho for the movie. There is a video that is linked above that showcases a bit of my animation style! Animation takes a lot of time, and without an entire team to help me, I will need everyone to have patience! The script for the quick prologue, more like the first few minute(s) is complete, while the script for the movie itself is still in production, progress updates will be given frequently. If anyone is interested in seeing this project come to life, join this discord server! https://discord.gg/rxjE32Zy9N (The first 50 members get the "OG" role!)
Everyone that is casted will be required to use discord as our main method of communication. As well, you may be reached out to once the script for the movie is complete, if you'd like to retain your role in the feature film.
The deadline may be extended if needed.
The prologue will be posted on TikTok and Youtube, ample credit will be given in the form of your name and a link to anything you'd like.
!!LOGO AND CHARACTER DESIGNS MAY CHANGE AT ANY POINT!!
Story Synopsis: Tales of Iva was a book written by Loria Inkwhisper centuries ago. This story is recounted by a school teacher when she shares this with her students. In the world of Arid Haven, Imaris Morgan, the Princess of Illandia is beginning to sense a weird feeling from her closest friend, Kridia Crane, the princess of Iva. This story is filled with love, tragedy, and twists at every turn. And you never quite know what exactly is going on. Will Imaris and Kridia uncover all the secrets that have plagued their families for centuries? Or fail to stop the evil before it's too late?
Any questions? Contact me on discord, or shoot me a DM here, but I may not see it immediately.

Hi all! I hope this message finds you all well. As you all know, the deadline was a few days ago, and I want to thank you all for auditioning! I haven't gotten the chance to listen to them all, but I'm grateful you all are interested in my project! Unfortunately, I have been quite busy with college, and I haven't gotten the chance to cast everyone. Hopefully I will get it done in the coming days, but I promise I am still passionate about this project, and it hasn't been abandoned! Thank you all for your patience!

Seraphine is a kind, thoughtful teacher and scribe. She has a total of 7 lines in the prologue. She's an older woman but is meticulous with her words, and is highly intelligent. In the feature length film, she is a reoccurring character but isn't a lead.

Pronounced: LORE - REE - UH
Loria is a scribe, she wrote the infamous book Tales of Iva which is where the story takes place. She has two lines in the prologue, and is a well spoken and confident person. She is great at public speaking and does well with interviewing people. Loria is going to be another reoccurring character in the film, but she isn't a lead.
"How about we start from the beginning? Where did it all start?"
"Thank you so much for agreeing to this interview. I know you're quite busy."
Pronounced: IH - MAR - ISS
Imaris is one of the few characters in the prologue that will appear in the feature length movie. She's the deuteragonist of the Tales of Iva story (a lead role), but she only has one line in the prologue. If you audition for this role, I will reach out to you once the script for the feature length film's script is completed. If you choose not to keep the role, that's fine!
Imaris is the Princess of Illandia, who is soon to be queen. She's an outgoing person who resents her position as a princess but does her best anyway. She's outspoken and isn't afraid to speak her mind. She gets angry and irritable easily, so expect a bit of vulgarity when auditioning for this role.
"You're a piece of shit."
"Imaris Morgan. Yes, I'm the princess. What did you need?"
"How could I pass up on this opportunity?"
Student A is a passionate student in Ms.Seraphine's class, but he struggles to comprehend the complexities of some of her stories, and informational texts. He's soft spoken but he loves asking questions, and learning new things.
"Couldn't we read anything else?"
"Ms.Seraphine, could I ask a question?"
Student B (name pending) has two lines in the prologue, and has a few more lines in the actual movie. She's very optimistic, she's passionate about becoming a talented scribe and always takes notes, and asks insightful questions. She's an introvert but has a strong and kind tone.
"What happened to her? Do we know why?"
"Thank you so much Ms.Seraphine!"
Student C is a bully. He doesn't care much for the classes he attends, and doesn't enjoy stories. He has a harsh tone and doesn't think before he speaks. He has one line in the prologue. He has an attitude and doesn't treat most people with respect.
"Dude, this is going to be so boring."
"Can we go yet?!"
