SUPERPOSITION - A Minecraft Historical Epic - PILOT Episode
Project Overview
My discord: profpenguinn
Alright so this is a demo from my upcoming Minecraft TV Series titled SUPERPOSITION. It's completely shot in Minecraft in-game with using mods like Flashback and BBS Studios, no blender or any external software used. It's not complete, there are some missing bits, some sloppy shots but that would be fixed before I upload the Teaser
So, the Teaser, the plan is to record 15-20 minutes of the episode introducing the characters and the conflict. Ideally, I plan to upload that within 7 days. I have been working on this project for almost a year now (mostly outlining and rewriting stuff), and I just want to put this out there. It's quite discouraging working on this big of a project alone. Yeah so, we will upload 15-20 minutes of the episode, enough to make the audience interested in the story. I will plug my Patreon in the description, if the video hopefully catches fire, I might be able to pay you lot as well as buy a good graphic card for rendering and stuff.
So, What's SUPERPOSITION - it's a story spanning 3 seasons exploring the lore of Minecraft.
Why give it a scifi-ish name when the story is clearly fantasy. Two reasons, one thematic, the other is that Superposition has some element of science and magic (unexplained science) just like Minecraft which has sci-fi elements like The End Dimension, Redstone etc. while also having fantasy elements like enchantments, golems and stuff. So, I think this is fitting for the series
I am not focusing that much on casting for now coz I am fatigued. I will upload more roles if the teaser gains views (the video published is un-listed, its not the teaser, this project is a call to work on that very teaser).
Also, you will get credited both in the Title Sequence and End Credits, as well as in the description. The Title Sequence is quite empty which looks bad, so I am more than willing to credit y'all.
I will update the description and the roles in a while

A citizen of The Oasirian Empire, in exile because of his dangerous experiments and his obsession with opening the doorway to the afterlife (Nether). He believes that people should be able to travel to the afterlife without the hassle of dying. He is waiting for his dead brother to open the doorway to the afterlife which he promised to do so before dying. Zarek doesn't value his life, he finds no interest in living but is also afraid of dying. His character would be about learning to value life.
His intro scene would be of him travelling with a caravan on a desert-variant of sniffer. With some western style music in the background, this part of the scene would solely be for setting the mood. The music stops as he encounters an abandoned in-construction tomb, this is when we see Zarek's face for the first time, he excuses to take a leak. Enters the tomb, explores a bit (I have yet to write this scene) sees that the tomb has been looted away in the Great Squid War. Even the corpse of the deceased is missing, the tombstone has no name on it.
The scene ends with Zarek giving his respects to the deceased by filling his 'presumed' grave and leaving. As he leaves the tomb the camera zooms out to reveal that he has written his name on the grave
Say anything you think this character would say
I haven't developed this character that much, but he would be the primary antagonist in one scene. He is a patrolling soldier of the Erudician Empire, he tries to arrest Pengu (the main character).
Oh about that, we are short on horses. You will have to walk your way.. towards ending my career. (says the last part slowly, as if taunting Pengu)
If you walk one more step, I will take those flashy leather shoes of yours and make you walk barefoot. (say in a threatning manner)
Preferably an old voice, not an important character just there for exposition
When you have a whole forest to run, you don't go around worrying about every little twig in the underbrush
Just there.
- middle aged
A trivial matter of grave importance, which would be the grave of us all, if we bury it.
A voice like of Jordan Peterson or something, just sound zealeous
A branch?! It's the Aurora tree for Hosts sake! Every religion holds it sacred. Show some respect.
Good enough. At least it will make it easier for me to convince the crowd.
A classy voice, like that of Petyr Baelish from Game of Thrones
Ahh ‘It doesn’t matter what the crown thinks’ sums up our current state of power.
Someone who can do multiple voices like that of the 4 advisors and the priest would be prefered.
*Say something you think would fit*
The daughter of the Queen, her character hasn't been developed yet, but I have an ending for her in my mind
- female adult
We will send Pengu to handle this. Is this enough of an assurance?
So where is this ‘hero’ of ours these days?
He is in Oasiria? Are you sure?
