Suikoden 2 Voice Dub - Act 3 - Recasting
Project Overview
Suikoden 2 is a long but heartfelt JRPG, in order to do it justice i will cast as i do each video, so the first video will be of the first 3 chapters and only the text you have to read in the game, similair to how i am currently doing Twilight Princess Voice Acted.
There are alot of Characters in Suikoden and the project will be long. I will list the characters in order of relevance to the story and not in order of line count
Voice acted each scene and showing what the game has to offer in term of story. this is not, i repeat not a lets play. Its more going to be like one of those cutscene movies on youtube, but devided in chapters.
this to ensure quality and not to overloading voice actors with lines.

Act 3 - South Window, Radat and Two River
After the fall of Muse City the capital of the city state Riou and his friends are forced to take refuge in South Window, however the mayor has a request in favor of keeping them safe from highland.
They have to retake the fallen North Window Castle from a man named Neclord.
As soon as they reclaim the castle however Highland seems to be on their heels....
however will our hero fight back with the army constantly breathing down their necks...

Voice: Medium, Soft Spoken, well educated
Klaus is the son of General Kiba and unlike his father has more brain power than fighting prowess. However he aids his father. Klaus is a man raised in wealth, his lack of adversary makes him a bit inexpierenced.
Role Length: 72 lines. supporting role for his father
Klaus: You’re Lord Riou, leader of the Allied Army, aren’t you?
My name is Klaus, tactician for the third Royal Highland Company. I look forward to meeting you on the battlefield.
Klaus: We’re out of time. The Allied Army has appeared on our flanks.
Also, it appears an army of volunteers from Kobold Village is coming from the south.
Klaus: Listen. From today on, this town is under Highland rule. Anyone who steps out of line will be punished by Highland law.
Luc and Sasarai are twins their roles will be voiced by the same person.
Luc is a wind magician and has been the servant of Lady Leknaat for years. He is a sarcastic boy with an ego.
Sasarai is the young religious leader of Harmonia, following in his fathers footsteps. He leads his people everywhere, even on the field of battle.
Voice Range: Medium, one is sarcastic the other is respectful, be good at voicing two different characters
Role Length: 63 Lines, most of these lines are Luc's lines. Sequel character.
Luc: I’m Lady Leknaat’s pupil, Luc.
And this is ‘the Stone Tablet of the Promise’. You should be grateful that the Lady has given you this.
Luc: I can’t tell you that now. Perhaps you’ll find out some day, although you may not like the answer.
Luc: Well… If it’s been woken up, I guess it might manifest itself as a huge, bloodthirsty demon…
Voice: Medium-deep, Deep. Ruff - Expierenced
A strong Miltary General, loyal to his King, expert in the field of battle, however leaves most tactical decisions to his son Klaus
Role Length: 60 lines. significant to the plot.
Kiba: I’m General Kiba, commander of the third Royal Highland Company. I fight for the honer of Agares Blight, King of Highland.
Kiba: This Riou is a brave young man indeed. Twice he has dared to face us. He is truly the son of Genkaku.
Without Ridley, it seems they have little chance, but what do you think, Klaus?
Kiba: ….I understand.
Lord Riou. It is a warrior’s shame to change masters, but I’ll take that shame.

Neclord was once a normal man untill he stole the Dusk Rune which transformed him into an immortal vampire. He seems to do what he wants and has little regard for humans, except for Viktor, the only man with a weapon able to slay him.
Voice: Medium, Theaterical, Dangerous, please no stereo type vampire cliche
Role Length: 47 Characters, one of the major bosses of Suikoden 1 and 2. Viktor's personal antogonist
Neclord: The Star Dragon Sword, was it? Why don’t you go get it? This time I’ll destroy that sword. It caused me great pain…
Neclord: The sacrificial offering was enough, so this sacred barried will be blown away. Oh powerful Moon Rune, the blood of hundred men, the souls of hundred men, I give to you.
Neclord: You fight pretty well. But I don’t have time to waste now. Soon they will realize.

If you express interest in the project, im sure I will need people to voice background characters, or other major/minor characters in the future.

He is the representative of the Governing body of the City of Two River.
Inside of Two River he is the Leader of the Human District.
He is a noble that has almost seen no conflict in his life. He is not formilair with war.
he comes of as arrogant, but has the interest of humans at heart.
Voice: Medium, like a noble so as if he as a apple in his throath.

"Makai: Ah, you must be Lord Riou. It’s a pleasure to meet you. I am Makai, the plenipotentiary of Two River City."
"Makai: Those flying freaks are nothing but trouble.
Originally, they lived in the mountains beyond here, but in my grandfather’s day, about eighty years ago, they came to live here…
"Makai: Be serious! This is a great chance that we mustn’t pass up. The Kobolds don’t trust us and the Wingers are no use either.

A scrummy detective hailing from a fisher's village.
He seems to be good at gathering information and is likes to play tricks on people.
Voice: Medium, bastard english, slimy/ruff voice.
Role Length: Minor character around 6 lines
Richmond: Aha!! I know about the 3 of you.
You’re Riou, that’s your adopted sister Nanami, and that’s Apple, student of Mathiu. Am I right?
Richmond. Okay, it’s a deal. Leave the rest to me. Go back to the inn and relax.

Richmond: Well, I’m good about getting the job done quick.
It looks like this Shu person is avoiding you. But there’s an important trade tomorrow night. Shu has to attend.
a mercenary with alot of credit to his name, his is big and burly but has a kind heart, he is often compared to a bear.
he became a mercenary after a vampire killed his home town. he later kileed the vampire with the star dragon sword.
Voice: Deep, Grunty

Fitcher acts like a fool, but that is only an act to deceive others into underestimating him.
hes is a bit of a coward but knows to talk himself in and out of every situation.
Voice: High-Medium, Nasely. bit of a weasely character.

"Fitcher: Thank you. You see, I heard a rumor that a great hero here defeated the Highland Army. So I decided to come here and see for myself. Have you even seen this hero? What’s he like?"

"Fitcher: That’s the enemy’s strategy! The Highland Army wants to destroy the State. They’re not really interested in a peace treaty."
