When Meredith finds a stranger who looks eerily like her sister Tracy, she can't help but interrupt. But Tracy, still raw from what happened back home, decides to disappoint Meredith and miss her shot at reconnect.

I thought for one moment, maybe I would have finally found her. She left almost a decade ago now. She doesn't know I live here. Or what I look like now.
Tracy? Tracy!?
Dry tone of voice. To the point. Tired as hell. A NYer for a while, but when she realizes her sister's found her, she can't help but crack a little.
I don't know you, and I don't know what's funny.
(Genuine) You're probably a great sister for trying to find her.
(Snarky) Let mom and dad know I'm still going to leave them out of my speech, alright?
