Looking for a voice that’s smooth and calculated but with a cryptic edge. Possibly something similar to the Question’s voice from Justice League Unlimited. It's really up to you

A punk with the ability to control people’s minds, often uses it to make her enemies shoot themselves and forces people to be her friends but now she’s trying to socialize without mind control.
For this voice there’s a lot of room for your own interpretation. Just looking for something that comes off as unhinged and beyond socially awkward. No specific reference.

That seems easy enough. So like, I would ask you what your favorite weapon to kill someone with is, and that would make us friends?

A hulking creature made up of shards of metal that he can shoot out at will. Serves as kind of like the big boss fight at the end.
Not really sure what voice we’re looking for, could be really deep or raspy. Maybe something like one of the transformers from the 80s cartoon? It’s possible this voice will be digitally altered.
