Project Overview
This is a comedy, non-monetized YouTube parody video of Star Wars that will splice footage from The Empire Strikes Back with original footage. Need an actor to provide the voice of the Officer who gets strangled by Darth Vader in this scene: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7O1Qd_FNgfM The new dialogue is provided above. The premise with our fan-parody video is that instead of the movie's version of Vader, our Lady Vader is an extremely attractive woman & the Officer finds her so LITERALLY breathtaking that he loses his voice & strangles in the same manner as if he were being throttled with the force. It's meant to be a fun subversion of the male gaze that emphasizes female agency & power.

A confident, arrogant Imperial Officer. Shades of condescending sexism before he loses his voice. Can resemble the vocal performance from the movie, but the actor is free to put his/their own spin on it. Can speak in either a neutral American, mid-Atlantic or upper class British accent. NOTE: No requirement to be in sync with the footage from the movie.
