The hopeful and strong-willed Senator of Naboo, as well as the hidden wife of Anakin Skywalker. Padme Amidala and her fellow senators become increasingly concerned with Palpatine's unchecked power over the Republic.
All mentors have a way of seeing more of our faults than we would like. It's the only way we grow.
So this is how liberty dies. With thunderous applause
Politics is an ancient and noble calling. Without politicians, our societies would descend into anarchy and chaos.
Bail Organa, a member of Alderaan's royal family and the planet's representative to the Republic Senate, earned respect on Coruscant for his honesty and his commitment to justice. Prior to the Clone Wars, Bail served alongside Senator Padmé Amidala as a member of Chancellor Palpatine's Loyalist Committee. The two became close friends and recruited like-minded allies to prevent Palpatine's alarming grabs for power.
It could be a trap.
That's a lesson we can all learn: the more we have, the more we want. And the only cure is to break the cycle of relativity.

A loyal intelligence officer to the Republic, and a captain within the Judicial Forces. Captain Dyne is assigned to work with the Jedi Knights in uncovering the location of Darth Sidious.
Interesting.. this information may lead us closer to the truth...
A reasonable supposition, Master Windu.
We've succeeded in deciphering the code that Count Dooku -- or Sidious uses!
Neimoidians are known for their business skills, but Nute Gunray, Viceroy of the Trade Federation, was more cutthroat than most. It was Gunray who conspired with the Sith Lord Darth Sidious to launch the blockade and subsequent invasion of Naboo. After escaping custody, Gunray and the Federation associated themselves with the Separatists during the Clone Wars, supplying the endless drones of battle-droids.
This is getting out of hand! Now, there are *two* of them!
No need to report that to him until we have something to report!
This is not looking good at all!
A wise and patient Jedi Master, the Togruta Shaak Ti fought at the Battle of Geonosis, and supervised the training of clone cadets on Kamino. There, she struggled to balance the necessity of producing capable troopers with compassion for the clones as living beings. Ti helped defend Kamino against Separatist attack, balancing assignments in the field with her duties on the Jedi Council.
You are where you need to be. Solve your problems as a whole, not as individuals.
One doesn't need to be a Jedi to feel the stress on your mind.
A cowardly Neimoidian official, Rune Haako had no shortage of despair during the Trade Federation blockade and invasion of Naboo. As lieutenant to Viceroy Nute Gunray, Haako was privy to his superior's plans and knew of the mysterious Sith patron who was the true mastermind behind their bold maneuvers. His voice is reminiscent of James Taylor.
Are you brain dead? I'm not going in there with two Jedi! Send a droid.
An intelligent commander. The young Dodonna continues to provide the Republic with brilliant strategy.
Our forces fired at the shield from above and from the shore, but the shield generator is heavily armored!
