Star Wars - Edge of the Empire RPG fantrailer

Korr Vallis is a small-time, big-egoed human who is a sex-slave dealer in a small, unimportant planet. He's the biggest cat around the planet, and that makes him think he is a really big cat. Thing is, he's just a regular criminal who thinks too highly of himself. He is very, very mean, however, and though he likes to appear jovial towards his clients, he is *not* to be played comically.
As blinded as he is by hubris, he is still very much a threat, though not enough to stop Tereez in her first on-screen contract fullfilment.
He is an uneducated, simple, drinking-beer-and-getting-money-are-the-best-things-in-life kinda guy.

In my vision of him, he has a bit of an exotic accent, but I'm okay with not having it as well.

VTB1 is a pre-clone wars soldier droid that has been scavenged by the Rebel Alliance and reprogrammed to work as an Infiltrator. He is very loyal to his friends, and has an almost naive quality, despite his line of work. He should not be underestimated, however, as he is every bit as resourceful and cunning as his temporary companions.

VTB1's small Y-Wing squad was attacked by The Butcher, his companions were taken, and he was left for dead on the ship wreckage. He immediately started to look for them and, through a series of misadventures, he has wound up in Tatooine, where, somewhere in the desert, Sienn T'arconna hides from The Butcher.

VTB1 is one of the main characters.

His voice should be based off of the Battle Droids voices. Some distortion may be required.

Captain Quinlan Roke is the captain of a small stormtrooper squad who patrols the area where The Butcher does his work. He is, however, a person who believes in justice above all, and is, at his heart, a good man. He has been brainwashed by Empire propaganda most of his life, and wrongly believes the Empire to be the force of good in the world, while the Rebels are on the wrong side. He is intellectual, and a great investigator. Jorus Mors keeps him on the dark about The Butcher, because if Quinlan knew about it, his illusion of the pure, benevolent Empire would crumble.

Capt. Roke should sound like a stern, but intellectual and honorable man in his early 20s. No specific accents are needed.

Reference Characters: Inspector Javert, from Les Miserables and mainly Edmund Reid, from the Ripper Street TV Series.

Farr is a Rodian (yes, he should probably be speaking in Rodian. But you never know, maybe someone does a great job and we'll have an english-speaking Rodian.) technician, or, more specifically, a slicer/outlaw tech, both hacking into places he probably shouldn't and scavenging supplies to create or augment his ship and equipment. He is a *very* shady character who is involved with criminal enterprises and hopes to create his own network of ciminals to enrich and rule his own small area of space. He, in the end, wants to be a crime boss. He has been recruited by Jabba the Hutt to track down this Butcher, who's been causing trouble for Jabba lately, and who has quite a talent at vanishing. His slicer codename is Soak. 

He is one of the main characters.

Soak is cunning, ambitious and resourceful, though he is, by no means, an action man. He is usually the mastermind behind the plans. His morality is, clearly, very much evil, but he will join up with the other characters to stop the even worse Butcher. 

Reference Characters: Michael Corleone, from The Godfather trilogy.

Tereez is a bothan bounty hunter for House Renliss, the infamous bounty hunter all-female, male-killing guild. She is very dedicated to her 'cause and she specifically only takes contracts of men who have in some way hurt women before. She is very skilled and aggressive, and will do anything to get her kill. She is also kind of a lone wolf, and works poorly with others, but will try to fit in in order to accomplish her goals.

She took a contract to kill Korr Vallis and found out that the man that actually supplies him with sex slaves is known only as The Butcher. Even though every bit of data on him has actually been mysteriously deleted and there is no bounty on him, Tereez makes up her mind to hunt him down and stop his business once and for all.

Tereez is one of the main characters.

Being a bothan, I picture a heavy, exotic accent for her, be it African, Asian or Eastern-European. I'm also open for other ideas. She is very aggressive and assertive.

Reference Characters: Lisbeth Salander, from the Millennium Trilogy. Also a little bit Toph, from Avatar: Legend of Aang.

The Butcher is a human soldier of Mandalorian origin who still keeps in touch with his warrior ways. He reaps and plunders ships who approach his territory for parts, equipment and, most importantly, slaves. He is a complete psychopath who brainwashes all his slaves to believe they are not people, they are meat. In his words, there are three kinds of meat: The fighting meat, the pleasure meat and the working meat. He trades slaves with the Empire, who, in turn, give him freedom and cover to do as he pleases and never be punished for it, or even be found.  He is an experienced fighter, a veteran commander and he keeps his ship (a massive, customized for battle, imperial cargo-transporter) in a very tight shift. A single slave has managed to escape his grasp, and that was Sienn T'arconna, his personal twi'lek sex slave.

The Butcher is the main villain.

He is a gruff sounding middle-aged man, whose every action and word sound brutal and rough. He is very smart, however, and his brawn should not be taken as a lack of brain. As a proud mandalorian, however, he would never run from a battle, which could cost him his life. His voice should be heavily distorted, because he uses a mandalorian hunting helmet all of the time. The Stranger's voice in Tales From the Borderlands would be a very solid base to work with.

Reference Characters: A bit of Krogans from Mass Effect, a bit of Tywin Lannister from Game of Thrones, a bit of Kratos from God of War, a bit of Joel from The Last of Us.

Planetary Governor Jorus Mors is the main link between the Empire and The Butcher, because he is the most influential Empire Agent in the region The Butcher works at. He is a sly, backstabbing, manipulative major a-hole. He is always trying to advance his status in the Empire's hierarchy, and he will stop at nothing to increase his influence both in and outside the Empire. 

Jorus Mors is one of the villains.

Jorus' voice should have an american or british accent. He should speak in a courteous, jovial, but slightly smuggish tone, not unlike that of a child who knows a secret you do not. This should *not* be overdone, however, because he is astoundingshly competent and underestimating his opponents is not anywhere near his to-do list.

Reference Characters: Loki, from the Marvel Universe and Petyr Baelish, from the Game of Thrones TV Series.

Sienn T'arconna was abducted and saw her family die by the hands of The Butcher, who became enamored with her and tried turning her into a personal sex slave. She escaped, however, being the only slave to ever escape from his grasp. She is a survivalist, above all, and now resides at a hideaway at the deserts of Tattooine. She trades with Watto for parts with some regularity, always wearing a hood and mask. She is too afraid of The Butcher to attempt to get revenge on her own, and Capt. Roke, convinced she is an escaped convict, has been trying to track her down and deliver her to Jorus Mors.

She is aggressive, but afraid and paranoid at the same time. On the surface, she seems really tough, but inside she is still very much damaged.
