Planetary Governor Jorus Mors is the main link between the Empire and The Butcher, because he is the most influential Empire Agent in the region The Butcher works at. He is a sly, backstabbing, manipulative major a-hole. He is always trying to advance his status in the Empire's hierarchy, and he will stop at nothing to increase his influence both in and outside the Empire.
Jorus Mors is one of the villains.
Jorus' voice should have an american or british accent. He should speak in a courteous, jovial, but slightly smuggish tone, not unlike that of a child who knows a secret you do not. This should *not* be overdone, however, because he is astoundingshly competent and underestimating his opponents is not anywhere near his to-do list.

I like your voice quite a lot for him, but I wanna hear more evil, more... Disdain in his tone, perhaps... Feel free to submit another try (either for him or multiple characters), or keep this one if you feel good about it :)
I would personally advise you to try out Capt. Quinlan Roke as well, but only do it if you feel like it, and if you like the character ;) But your voice could be great for him.
