I've decided to expand my little project to showcase as many talents as I can, so I made 16 new characters that need voices and backstories. I aim to have a full cast by the new year, but it doesn't bother me too much.
PREREQUISITES TO JOINING US:
Must have Discord and be active
Must be over 13 years of age

what we are looking for:
Voice actors capable of singing in Japanese, and speaking in both English and Japanese.
People who can make harmonies and UTAU or other vocal synth users who can adapt them into guides for our singers.
Audio engineers/mixers who can produce products adjacent to professional quality.
unit managers who will oversee each unit of characters and make sure things are getting done in each unit.
Artists who can design the characters and draw thumbnails for music videos.
moderators to keep the server a safe and inviting place.
GFX/Vector artists to create the unit logos and various other things.
writers who can write the character's backstories and interactions between them.
FOR VOICE ACTORS WANTING TO AUDITION:
I would like to hear a specific song for each unit. You can sing any section of the song.

what do I mean by harmony creator? if a song or vsynth project file doesn't have harmonies included, I will need someone musically adept to either do them by ear or make their own, and make sure the singers can sing them.
