Hello, everyone! I'm TheMajinV - a YouTuber and voice actor who primarily focuses on making comic dubs centered on Sonic the Hedgehog and Mega Man-themed print media. I'm picking up a new project for the first portion of 2021, which is a comic dub of "Control" from the Archie Sonic comic run. This story centers around Sonic, Sally, and Amy Rose - who are on the hunt for the Chaos Emeralds in order to restore their shattered world. After encountering Sonic's old friends, Mighty and Ray, it is revealed by their mentor that Sonic has a dark presence threatening to take him over. Later, after the group is ambushed/injured by an Egg Army unit (headed by Thunderbolt), Sonic becomes overwhelmed by the sight of his friends' suffering and transforms into the Werehog.
While I already have the rest of my cast planned out and confirmed - I am in need of a voice actress to portray Amy Rose for this project! If you're someone who would love to play the hammer-wielding pink hedgehog, consider auditioning! I look forward to hearing everyone's samples :)

1. Access to Discord - If chosen, I would like to be able to add you on Discord so I can include you in the project channel for direction sessions, line deliveries, updates, etc.
2. Mic Quality - While this is a fan project, I prefer to have as good of audio quality as possible from cast members. Please ensure that your recording quality is clear and free of background noise, and with minimal echo/reverb if at all possible. This is going to be the first thing I listen for in auditions, and low quality recordings (i.e. excess bg noise/echo/etc) will not be considered.
3. Impressions vs. Original Takes - In general, I'm going to be listening for overall acting range in the auditions submitted when making my final decision. Both impressions and original versions of Amy's voice are welcome - whatever you feel allows you to give your best performance!
Amy Rose is a young Freedom Fighter, and has a long history of pining for Sonic as his self-proclaimed love interest. She's energetic and bubbly, but can also be a bit ill-tempered - especially when she's worried about her friends (Sonic in particular). I'm looking for a mid-high ranged voice; I'm open to all previous game renditions of her, but personal takes on Amy are strongly encouraged!
(Pumped up) That 'bot won't know what hit it! *NOTE: This line is said while the character is hidden, so the reads should be whispered/low volume.
(Amy is with Sally, waiting in some bushes to ambush a robot that Sonic is leading to their position. She's eager for some action, and is doing her best to contain her excitement).
(Concerned) I KNEW IT! It's from when you were exposed to that awful Dark Gaia stuff!
(It has been revealed that Sonic has "darkness" residing in his body. Amy is understandably worried - and a little upset - that Sonic had been hiding this from everyone).
(Warm/Sincere) You stood up to Perfect Chaos when we thought all hope was lost! You saved us by your sheer, positive willpower! Please! Show that willpower again!
(Amy is appealing to Sonic in his Werehog state. She is helping to try and calm him down enough to see reason. The situation is still a bit tense, and Amy has taken some battle damage, so her pleas should come from a position of both fatigue and subtle desperation).
